This beautiful Nashville condo is bright and airy. The blue and white hues of the decor make it a perfect place to relax in after a full day of adventure in the city. On a mild day, lift the overhead doors and move fluidly between your indoor and outdoor spaces. Be sure to check out the view of the city on the balcony. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and an island with a granite countertop. Each bedroom has a TV and a private en suite bathroom. A bunk bed nook, located in the hallway, offers additional sleeping space.

A place to stay

Muse #406 had a nice view. Plan on using Lyft or Uber to get to downtown. If any young girls stay here just make sure you are aware of the homeless encampment.

Disappointed

To be an apparently newish property we were disappointed with the upkeep. Futon was not operable and advertised as part of sleeping quarters. Cobwebs in the ceiling all over and marks on walls. The dishes and glasses were not clean. The door codes changed twice daily and were cumbersome. There was a fairly large homeless encampment across the street however there was security guard on site. If the property was better taken care of it would be nice.

Floors could have been cleaner

Overall it was good. But our bathroom floor had hairball on the floor. Would have been nice to have more than one kitchen towel. But we had a good stay.

Here for our first time in nashville

The house upon first impression seemed clean. We then found a few things wrong and let the person in contact know. The fire alarm went off OFTEN 3x causing us to evacuate the building.

I ruined 3 pairs of white socks …they were black from walking on the floor .. Dishwasher falling out of the wall Found dirty socks under the bed . Vape pen found in one of the bunk beds Over all very disappointing Where is my. Deposit ???

Would Not Recommend

The condo building is new and check-in instructions were delivered the first day of the reservation. I was told an early check in was not available so we showed up at the stated time of 4p only to find NONE of the unit had been cleaned! All of the beds were stripped, trash was everywhere, dirty towels were everywhere and I spent several hours of my day after 4p on April 1st talking multiple Vacasa customer service agents only to be told they had no idea when our unit was going to be cleaned. We ended up sleeping on bare mattresses with no blankets the first night and used dirty towels. I received a phone call the next morning asking if I still wanted the unit cleaned, as if they even needed to ask me?! We stepped out of the rental in the afternoon and when we came back at night the place had been turned over. Nobody ever apologized. I think that this is entirely unacceptable and unprofessional. I will be seeking a substantial refund.

Clean but uncomfortable

The place was clean, it was easy to get checked in and out. The unit was nice but the furniture was very uncomfortable. If you like a very soft bed you will like the bed. The kitchen is under stocked. Only 4 settings of dishes and only 4 coffee cups and 4 juice glasses. No drinking glasses. We had to buy solo cups to have cocktails. There is a liquor store close by but no grocery store so shop before you get there. Boardway is not far but we used Uber to get around. Parking was right at the sight and they validate so it cost $25.00 a day, unfortunately for us are car was broken into. The unit we had was right next to the elevator so we heard people walking and talking through the night. It wasn't too loud so we tolerated it. We loved the kitchen and the wall of windows that open like a garage door to the balcony.

The best of Nash

The condo was well appointed and took care of our needs while we visited Nashville. Vacasa was quick to respond when we reached out and the property manager, Jason, took great care of us. It’s important to note that there is not a store close to the property so bring coffee k-cups for great in house, relaxed mornings. The location is a half mile from Broadway so it’s a quick walk, which we loved. We would stay here again.

Nice property/sparse amenities

Beautiful brand new property. So new the installation on some of the appliances were not complete and some did not work properly - mainly the garage door which was a huge draw when booking! Kitchen amenities are sparse but again, a new place so maybe that will change. Coffee maker is a Keurig but no coffee is provided to go with it so plan for that if you’re a morning coffee lover like me. It’s in a nice quiet neighborhood, a quick drive to downtown (not walkable) a little road noise at night, but overall a really, very nice and clean place to stay!
