The property is located about 18 km from the beaches of Lake Como, known for its fascinating villages, beautiful villas and the possibility of windsurfing, kitesurfing, sailing. The accommodation is distributed on two levels, occupying the entire ancient wing of the 17th century villa. On the first floor: living area with large veranda overlooking the courtyard, a spacious living room with fireplace, kitchen and a large dining room with fireplace from which the exclusive garden (200 m²) is accessible.



On the second floor there is the sleeping area with a large lobby, a double suite with private bathroom, two double bedrooms with shared bathroom and a fourth bedroom with two single beds with private bathroom.



The outdoor area is equipped with table, chairs and barbecue, ideal for your outdoor meals. On the second floor: sleeping area with large lobby, master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, two double bedrooms with shared bathroom and a fourth bedroom with two single beds and private bathroom.



The beautiful Italian garden of the property is characterized by terracing, stone ornaments and hedges. On the outside of the garden you can enjoy a partial view of Lake Sartirana (2 km), a nature reserve and popular destination for photographers. In one area of the garden is the ancient limonaia overlooking the beautiful pool (depth up to 3 meters). At the entrance of the pool area is a large clubhouse with armchairs, sofas and table tennis.



In addition to Lake Como, 15 km away, you can also reach the beaches of Lake Garlate, as well as Lake Annone with a nearby golf course. At 18 km you will find the pier of Lecco, from where you can reach by boats the towns of Varenna, Bellagio, Como and all the main towns of Lake Como.

Outdoor pool on site shared with other guests is open June - end September.
