Cocuyo Mare is at a very short walking distance from Playa Las Terrenas and the center of town. It is a lovely, modern and spacious place. We have considered every detail to make your stay memorable. The apart. is located within a gated complex with private pool and gazebo as well as a BBQ area, very much appreciated by the snowbirds. It is surrounded by vegetation and only tranquility is breathed here. Thank's to it's location, it is the ideal place to enjoy the beautiful beaches of the area while you rest with your family.
Las Terrenas Village is a hidden paradise for those seaking to explore breathtaking beaches and also experience the simple yet joyful life of a caribbean town.

We are a young couple who loves to travel and to be in touch with nature. Gladly hosting for over five years. This has driven us to invest in two properties. One at Jarabacoa Mountains and this one at Las Terrenas, Samana. We love to be in contact with our guests and it is our mission that they have a memorable time when they visit us.

Cocuyo Mare is for those who are seaking to have a great family vacation or long stay while they can still be in touch with work. We have chosen the location of this property for it is a gated community, at only steps from the beach and the center of town. This complex has a beautiful swimming pool, a gazebo, a BBQ area and it is surrounded by vegetation. The apartment is spacious, modern, cool and comfortable. From here you may visit all the beaches that Las Terrenas has to offer. It is a family enviroment.

This is a gated community at only seven minutes walking distance from Las Terrenas beach and the center of town. We fell in love with this property for it's beautiful landscaping, pool and facilities in addition to the fact that the unit was recently renovated.
