The Iconic Island Villa is a newly renovated, boutique complex located in the Waterway District of Gulf Shores, Alabama, conveniently located 2.7 miles north of the beach. The vintage 1971 complex features 11, one-bedroom and five, two-bedroom units that have been transformed with all new furnishings and décor.
At the center of the one story, U-shaped complex, is a new resort-style swimming pool complete with a splash deck that accommodates lounge chairs. The pool deck has ample lounge chairs and table and chair sets with large umbrellas. On property, are two new commercial-style charcoal grills that will accommodate a large group. This complex is not only a fun, centrally located, vibrant spot for family and friends, but a unique property for reunions, wedding parties, sports teams or other groups looking for lodging.
Location, location, location - the “Iconic” Island Villa has it all. Next door is FOAM Coffee specializing in gourmet coffees and smoothies and GLOW YOGA featuring the latest in yoga genres. Additionally and within walking distance are Big Beach Brewery and a variety of restaurants such as Tacky Jacks, Acme Oyster House, The Sloop, The Ugly Diner, Mama Lotte’s Pizza, China Dragon and Cazadores Mexican Restaurant. Gulf State Park is also within walking distance via the walking/bike path on the east side of the property leading to the Woodside Grill, inside the state park (.7 miles). The state park features over 26 miles of paths and trails and the most beautiful beaches in the world!

The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
