2 Adults 4 teenagers (16yrs old boys)
This house was perfect for our group. The teenboys took the top floor and my husband and I on the bottom floor. We spent all of our time on the middle floor in the livingroom, patio and kitchen. I cooked alot and the kitchen was great. Plenty of seating, close to the beach. We fit both our cars in the garage (Jeep and Passat). It was a wonderful week. We will be back!

Memorial day weekend at Seagirt
This place is even better in real life… Absolutely close to everything. The garage is actually 30 feet from the single fin bar and grill. This is the nicest place I have ever stayed… We absolutely loved it… Super comfy beds also

This house is in a perfect spot for your trip to the Mission Beach/Pacific Beach area close proximity to the beach and boardwalk and walking distance to all the bars and restaurants. The house is a true gem and everyone was comfortable and the house is clean and at night you could hear the ocean as you sleep in the extremely comfortable beds will definitely be back.

Great location!
Fantastic location close to the beach, bay, shopping, and eating. Great beach amenities including chairs, beach towels, umbrella, and toys. Plenty of room for 5 adults and a child. The two-car garage is a tight squeeze if you do have to park two cars. The outdoor patio chairs were very dirty. The inside was clean, but could use a good deep cleaning.

Awesome location - great family stay
Location is everything with this house! So close to the beach and walking distance to so many food, drink, and entertainment options. During our stay, we had grandparents, my husband and I, and our toddler. Space fit our needs very well!

Perfect spot close to the beach
Lots of space and a well equipped kitchen. The garage fits even a larger SUV. Cosy bedrooms and a perfect view from the upper decks.

downstairs bedroom Plantation shutters broken and don’t close Night stands not wiped down and still dirty A couple pieces of trash left from last tenant -Porch Table and chairs extremely dirty and has mold on living room Furniture really could use a cleaning Rug should be replaced Tons of dirty finger marks on walls, edges and door frames -kitchen Generally ok Had to run dishes and glasses through dishwasher (all filmy and dusty) Fridge doesn’t close unless you really push door (I reported this last year) upstairs bedrooms Blinds don’t work, we bought our own temporary blackout shades and put them up (same as reported as last year ) -through out Floors may have been swept and wiped BUT not cleaned , bottom of feet get black Window sills in really bad shape Windows dirty but alittle understandable due to ocean mist and humidity door locks running low on battery problems getting in

Great location and view
Overall we had a really great time at this rental - the location of the house is amazing - steps away from the boardwalk and beach as well as restaurants. About a 10-15 min walk to the pier and a couple minutes from the local coffee shops. The layout of the house worked well for us. My husband and I brought out 1.5 year old and my aunt and my mom also joined us. We were in the bottom bedroom while my mom and my aunt used the other two bedrooms on the top floor with a shared bathroom. The beds were comfy and the fans were super helpful since there wasn’t AC in the house. The appliances worked well and there were plenty of pots, pans, glasses, dish ware. They even have kid plates and bowls. Overall the photos that are seen I would say are on point. The balcony off the kitchen/living area was our favorite spot - it was so nice to sit out there and listen to the waves. The two car garage was also a plus. Few comments: Communication with the team that run this rental was not good. It took days to get an answer back, before and after we placed a deposit. I reached out through VRBO and then even downloaded the Vacasa app to try and get answers. I reached out a couple times if they had beach towels, chairs and umbrellas as well as any baby items like a pack and play or high chair - I was told they didn’t have any of these items. My family ended up going online prior to arriving and renting/paying for chairs and umbrellas as well as going on BabyQuip and renting a roll away crib, high chair and fan. When we arrived it was a little upsetting to see that there were towels, chairs, umbrellas, a pack and play and high chair. I understand things may get shifted rental/rental but I would appreciate a managing rental company to know what they have in stock/available. Think the fridge is a little off, it doesn’t shut all the way - we kept making sure to push the doors completely. The TV remotes - at least half of the buttons - didn’t work. Felt the house needed a little more cleaning - the floors in the house were really dirty - our feet were dark from walking around barefoot on them - also a lot of fingerprints on doors within house.

Outstanding Beach House
Wonderful location, thoughtfully equipped, and a great home design to accommodate extended family. We stayed with our adult son and his family (spouse, 2 kids, age 7 & 9). They had the top floor, we stayed on bottom floor and middle floor was a great communal space. Kitchen very well equipped. Would love to come back!
