Indianapolis stay

Adequate rental property for our needs on the weekend. Would benefit from 2nd TV in house for guests (boys wanted sports, girls something else). One mattress on the floor. Owner responsive to text questions and requests.

Eclipse

We stayed for the weekend of the solar eclipse. The house was perfect for our family. None of the bedrooms have shared walls, which meant we could not hear conversations between couples. So upstairs there was a bathroom, the laundry room, or the sitting room/play area between each of the bedrooms. The large backyard was perfect for playing outside and viewing the eclipse. The only drawbacks were that the dining room table seemed weak until my son-in-law repaired it, and one of the chairs broke as soon as my daughter sat on it. We also had trouble getting into the house with the code we were given and were not able to get in until about 8:30 PM.

A little strange

The house is almost completely empty. The bed situation was not what was pictured. One of the mattresses was just laying on the floor. The kitchen was pretty well stocked. The backyard was nice and spacious. The house was very hot when we got in. Almost 80 degrees upstairs and we had to stand on chairs to open the vents up. No tv in the living room was a little inconvenient.

Beds on the floor/Dirty hot tub

The house in general was fine, but not in specifics. One full size bed was literally on the floor, so was one of the twin beds. In the pictures I thought there was just no headboard. A 75-year-old man could not get up nor down from the floor. He Slept in a twin bed too small for him, and sometimes in the chair. We could not use the filthy hot tub. We had looked so forward to this and selected this house specifically for the hot tub. Only 1 tv. A TV IS CHEAP to buy. One should at least be in the master bedroom. Even the teenager was disappointed with his bed on the floor. I wanted to rate this a 2.5. If the above these were corrected I would have given a 4 rating.

Beautiful and cozy!

From the very beginning, the home was amazing. Easy to check in. Beautiful and clean on the inside. Communication was easy and polite. The rooms were big and we all had room to have our own space. We would 100% stay again! Thanks for an awesome first family vacation.

The spare bedrooms were just a mattress on the floor in one room and the other was just a boxspring on the floor neither were comfortable for our guests, the hot tub was slimy and smelled like fish. Other then that it was a beautiful home.

Indy Race weekend

Excellent location, very clean - just disappointed with lack of "creature comforts". Sparsely furnished. Only one bed had an actual bed frame (all others had mattresses on the floor - except for the 2 twin beds). No lamps on nightstands (if they even had one) so it was difficult to navigate from overhead light switch at far end of the room to the bed in the dark. Needs more TV's! (only one in upstairs loft). Not a hairdryer to be found in the house. No bar soaps for showers. Downstairs furnishings arranged strangely. It had the dining set in the Family/living room area and a sitting area set up in what was obviously meant to be the dining room. Loved the location but would look for a different property if staying near there again.
