We stayed in this cabin during our weekend up to Williams, AZ to visit Bearizona. Great location with just a 10 minute drive to the theme park. Quiet neighborhood. Cozy cabin. Plenty of space.
Thank you so much for a great cabin experience. We really enjoyed our stay. Cabin was clean and had everything we needed. We look forward to booking again in the future. Thank you so much!!
This property was beautiful, in a beautiful location, and was one of the best vacation rentals i’ve ever stayed in. I would 100% recommend it and would stay here again!
My family and I absolutely loved staying at this cabin!! The area is just gorgeous. Cabin itself was very spacious and clean. Also a perfect property to bring a dog as there is a big fenced in area for them. Such a perfect weekend beating the Vegas heat - we definitely plan on coming back to the Cozy Cabin again and again. Thank you Jarom for a wonderful stay!
Our stay was beyond perfect. We stayed here with our teenage daughter and our older daughter and her boyfriend and everyone was so pleased with the house. The Host was very easy to communicate with and even though we had ZERO issues with the house the host still sent emails and communicated with us throughout stay to make sure everything was well. We cooked big meals for breakfast and dinners and there is so much room to all cook together. The kitchen had everything we needed and the BBQ worked out great too. We fished during the day at the lake right by the house and then in the evenings, we would sit on the patio and watch all the deer and wildlife cruise around. The board games were a blast and after we finished that each night we would head to the garage for cornhole and the other fun games in there. Two days was not enough. The house is cozy and the beds are so comfortable. Our Kids are already asking to come back in the winter so we can just enjoy the house. Really special memories made here with our family. Will 100% be renting this home again! Thank you to the Owners for sharing this beautiful home with us.
The home was perfect for grandparents, parents, and grandchildren. The home was clean, comfortable, with space for all. The outdoor space was perfect for relaxing, playing with children, and bbqueing! The location to lakes was great for grands first fishing trip! Owner was responsive and gracious! Hope the stay again!
Words simply cannot describe the joy our family had staying in this home. Treating our Son's family from Australia on their first visit to America to 4 days in Williams and staying at Cozy Custom Cabin will be a memory of a lifetime. Jarome is an exceptional host. Staying here is a dream come true for a family wanting to experience country living and all the wildlife that comes with it. Thanks Jarome.
We LOVED this house and its location!!! Great floor plan with everything we needed and conveniently located close to town! The area is beautiful and peaceful! Absolutely gorgeous. Can’t wait to stay there again!
The cabin is in a nice quiet neighborhood but a short easy drive to downtown Williams. We really enjoyed our stay. The place was clean and beds comfortable. Only tiny complaint is that we were disappointed we couldn’t play darts bc most of the darts are missing parts and some of the board games are also missing pieces. (I’m sure bc of past guests). But, other than that it was a great trip and we’d definitely stay here again!
Recomiendo esta cabaña es demasiada bonita y el área donde está ubicada hay un silencio muy tranquilo y agradable 👌

Yikes!
I generally try to give people the benefit of the doubt. However, after reading your response to the last review I was disgusted. When we arrived, we were surprised that the entire cabin was covered in dust. Not just a little bit....it was like nobody had been there in some time. In the bathroom there was hair and dirt all over the floor. When we went to take the trash out the bin was almost completely full. And.....there was a dead mouse on the garage floor. The wifi did not work in the far bedroom even after being reset. My daughter has an extreme dust mite allergy, so upon arriving I wiped down a lot of areas. Grabbed the broom and swept....soo much dirt off of the floors. Advised the host of the dirty home, and he offered to give me 10% off. Thanks, but no thanks. They do have the water heater set super low, so yes you do freeze. When taking the sheets off the bed during departure the mattresses and box springs looked disgusting! But after contacting the host previously, who wants to contact him again? I'm on vacation. Thank goodness we did not see a roach as another guest stated.....but with the current condition of the home I would not be surprised. Save yourself the headache. Stay somewhere CLEAN.

Acceptable, but too expensive for what you get
We rented this house for our family to stay in while visiting the grand canyon. The house looks nice with a log cabin design. The other reviews mention the psositives of the house. So in this review, I will mention a few of the downsides of our stay so that people can be better informed when booking.
1. There was a dead mouse in the garage when we arrived, and when we informed the property manager, they just said "it happens" and did not offer to come and dispose of it. We avoided the garage for the rest of our stay. (We also found a small dead roach in one of the beds on our last day there).
2. The showers never got warm enough, which made for a terrible showering experience. Imagine getting into the shower and having to shower in barely lukewarm water, and being worried that even that will run out any minute.
3. For some reason, the price they charged us was 2.3x higher than what their normal weekend rates are. (An average 3-day stay at this house with a weekend is $1200, but we paid $2650). The host said they use dynamic pricing. So if you're planning to book, be aware of this and check to see if the rate you're getting is double or triple the normal rate.
On the plus side, the fireplace was nice to have and our family really liked using it.
