257 - Bear Lake Escapes is the perfect destination for your next get-away! Centrally located in Garden City, this home is situated perfectly for all-season fun. If you are coming in the summer, you will find yourself only a few blocks from the lake, across the street from pickleball courts and less than a mile away from hundreds of mountain trails. However you spend your day, you'll love the fact that you are within walking distance to all of the shake and burger shops in downtown Garden City! If you are looking for a winter get-away, you'll be a quick 15 minute drive from the base of Beaver Mountain where you can ski the slopes or rent snow machines!

You will love staying at this modern, clean and beautiful townhome! Construction was finished January 2022, which means that you know you will be arriving in a brand new home that is spotlessly clean and has top of the line amenities. You can't top the location, and the spacious living space and fully stocked kitchen make this home the perfect place for your vacation. Each of the 3 bedrooms are spacious and furnished with top of the line furniture and bedding, which enables you to go out and play hard during the day, and then come home and sleep well at night!

Excellent stay

Stay was excellent! Beds were comfy and the place was clean. Would stay here again. Kitchen could use a baking sheet and a few more staples. Outdoor grill also wouldn’t stay lit. But overall an excellent stay with a very responsive host.

Great property, not sure how this one could sleep 12. We had 8, 2 adults 6 kids and it was crapmed, 1 3person seating couch. Garage was broken, so you had to park then walk all your luggage around the building to the front. Frustrating but a good location to the town.

Great in-town location

The location is perfect if being close to in-town amenities - food, shopping, pickle-ball etc. is important. Parking was sufficient and access to the garage was nice. The house is very new and in immaculate condition. It does sleep 12 but if the main living area is tight to have that many adults eating and hanging out. Overall, it's was a great property.

We had a quick last minute get away. The townhome was cute and perfect for our needs. Maybe another couch by the tv would’ve been nice. The garage was broken but the property manager responded quickly. I’d definitely book again!
