Hidden Dunes 7th floor 3 BR 3 Bath extra-large END UNIT condo 10 foot ceilings Large Balcony is just a few steps from the Master Suite King Bed En-suite Bath, 2nd Master BR King Bed adjoining private bath, 3rd Bedroom 2 Queen Size Beds, adjoining bath, Great room has a Queen Size Murphy Bed with thick memory foam mattress and a Queen Size Sofa Sleeper.

CONTACTLESS CHECK IN: Guests DO NOT register at the Front Desk Upon arrival to pay the Resort's registration fee. Instead a $50 registration fee PER CONDO must be paid to ECDI before arrival for 2 Parking Passes that will be in the condo upon arrival. Reservations include this fee in the total shown when you click on view details. There is a public parking lot close by for parking additional vehicles ad trailers.

End Unit has a wrap around balcony larger than most Hidden Dunes Condos. Heated pool Nov - Mar. for a relaxing swim. If the sun and sand are what you crave then you are a few more short steps from basking on the beautiful white sand. In the evening you can enjoy the breathtaking sunsets from the balcony or taking a romantic walk on the beach! You'll just wish your vacation didn't have to end SO soon.

We rent to families with no security deposit required so you can spend that money on vacation.

A good week at the beach!
The property and condo was like the pictures, only complaint was it wasn’t very clean. We had to clean it ourselves our first day because it was dirty. Didn’t look like the floors had been vacuumed and bathrooms were dirty. Other than that we had a great week and our group of 10 plus an infant had plenty of space!

One of the best vacations ever!!!
We absolutely loved this property. When we walked into the condo we were blown away. The property was well-equipped with all we needed. The mattresses in the guest bedrooms could use updating, but that would not keep us from staying again. It was fabulous.

Spacious Unit in need of some TLC

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very large unit in good location. Could use updating as the unit looked quite worn and dated. Sand under sofa and rug in entryway did not look like it had been vacuumed.

Great property for a big family.
We walked in and were immediately pleased with the openness. The bedrooms were all very spacious. Plenty of kitchen space, dining area, and living room was huge. Great place for all of my family. Balcony was great as well. The murphy bed was a great addition. I would highly recommend that the beds be upgraded. The main bedroom mattress was great. The Murphy mattress was great but the other mattresses definitely need an upgrade. Other than that the pool was great and of course the beach was perfect. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again.

Absolutely beautiful! Everything was great. The only negatives were floor left our feet black, in the kitchen, the sink stainer was unable to be removed therefore didn’t drain properly. The whole sink and faucet should be replaced. The master bedroom screen was partially ripped on the door

Great Stay at a Great Unit
The condo unit matched the pictures and fit our family well. The kitchen was well-stocked for the cooking we did while we were there, and the amenities, like the pool & the beach chairs, were nice & easy to access (and having 2 sets of beach chairs included was a great bonus!). Overall, great stay at a great unit!!

Spacious condo on quiet part of town
I loved how big this condo was, and the location was perfect. The only thing I could really improve on is that the beds were not very comfortable in the two rooms with the King size beds.

The property was easy to locate and really enjoyed the beach front. Everything matched to the descriptions on the website. We cooked most meals at our condo and it was well stocked with pots/pans/utensils. All appliances were in very good shape. During out stay, the resort wasn't too crowded, so it was a nice time of the year to visit. The unit was very spacious and had plenty of room with 9 guests.

Really lovely condo
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was the first time we went south for a month in the winter and our first visit to PCB. We researched the condos offered through Emerald Coast and happened upon this one in Hidden Dunes. The condo was gorgeous, spacious, and the view was fabulous. The deck was larger than it looked in the pictures and we really enjoyed the taller Adirondack chairs. I have a plethora of fabulous sunset pictures taken from the balcony. I cannot say enough about the management. Our washer died in the first week (on a Thursday afternoon). We reported it that day, had a repairman come Friday pm and by Monday had a new washer and dryer delivered. Great service!We went to many great restaurants, and would highly recommend Captain Anderson’s, Schooners, First watch, La Crema in Rosemary Beach and The Red Bar in Grayton Beach.The location was great as it was not in the middle of PCB and was a little quieter, but within 10-20 minutes of everything. Really fabulous time!

Reviewer Comments: Perfect views and spacious interiors always are the BEST aspects of a stay at The Hidden Dunes! Pre-arrival maintenance that would benefit the guests could include: cleaning out the tub & sink drains, cleaning the shower door in primary bath, check the condition of kitchen items for cleanliness and usability. We enjoyed the balcony furniture, plenty of seating. The Murphy bed was a big help, too!Renters should bring extra towels if you have a group of 10 or more.

The balcony is huge and has a nice set of Adirondack chairs so you can see over the balcony railing. It included 2 sets of beach chairs 2 umbrellas and beach service for free. We will be back!

Needs updates
We love Hidden Dunes property and have stayed here many years. This unit had a few issues that need to be addressed 1) The dishwasher pulled out from the cabinet every time the door was opened. 2) The dryer had a broken piece around the door and would snag and ruin items that got caught on the rough edge. 3)The other problem was with the water pipes. Every time the water was turned on (all sinks and dishwasher) it made a sharp shrill noise that could be heard in every room. Very irritating when someone washes their hands in the middle of the night!! We called maintenance when we arrived bc the light was out in the master bathroom toilet area. They said they would come that day or the next but by Sunday afternoon we had to get a bulb, climb up and change it ourselves bc it isn’t good to have a bathroom without a light at night. I called to cancel the maintenance request Monday morning. Response was “okay.I’ll tell them”….not a sorry we didn’t take care of it. I gave an overall rating of 4 stars because the beds were comfortable and we enjoyed our stay even with the issues.

First Family Vacation
This condo was perfect for our family of 9. The beach was awesome and weather great the whole week. We went 1 day to Shell Island which was fabulous. The 2 sets of beach chairs saved my back! We will definitely return to this condo.

Condo was very spacious. We had 11 in our group. Beds were comfortable except for pull out couch. My daughter said you would be sleeping on the coils. She used an air mattress instead. Dishwasher was a little rocky--not bolted in. I would definitely stay there again.

Really enjoyed the condo and the place. Elevators were amazing . Only thing that was bad was the dryer had a bad spot in it and tore up our beach towels. I think they need to replace the dryer. Other than that I would for sure go back.
