Family Vacation

Great communication with the host, She responded on time. Everything was clean organize well kept we love the patio , We love the pool. The rooms were awesome. The beds was so comfortable. We love the theater. We went on a walk with the trail. Everything was so relaxing. We really enjoyed our stay. I can’t wait to book it again next year

Nice place

The house was very nice. Plenty of room for our group of 6. 3 adults 3 kids. It was very nice to have the heated private pool. Would recommend people to stay here.

Clean and Convenient

We had a wonderful stay at this condo! The property was exceptionally clean and located in a safe, quiet area, perfect for a family getaway. The heated pool was a great addition, and the condo itself was spacious with comfortable beds and great amenities. The location was ideal, just a quick, easy drive to Disney. Amanda, the property owner, was incredibly attentive and helpful throughout our stay, making sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing and convenient vacation spot! We would definitely rebook this property for future Disney/orlando visits.

Great safe location! Close enough to all the theme parks. Loved the pool for the evenings with the children. Plenty of room for everyone. Will stay here again in the future.

Disney Vacay

Close to Disney. Very quiet. Lots of space. Getting through the gates is a little confusing. Make sure you put in the address fir the main gate first. This is where you get parking pass. Then put in the actual address which takes you to another gate. The weird thing about this one - the box to scan your parking pass to open the gate is on the passenger side. So, if you're in the car by yourself you have to get out of the car. Other than that, everything went very smoothly. Great vacation.

Wonderful stay

Everything was great! The host and property were amazing. The kitchen was stocked well with everything we needed to cook. Plenty of towels, toiletries and toilet paper to get us started. The host was very responsive and helped us add a few friends and family members last minute. We really had a nice vacation.

10th Birthday Trip!

We really enjoyed our stay! After getting canceled on another booking last min, I contacted Amanda before booking and she was sooooo helpful! I think all things happen for a reason and this is where we were supposed to be. The kids enjoyed their rooms and having a pool right there. Really close to a lot of stores.We never used the resort area because we were too busy at the theme parks but the kids would come back and got straight to the pool. The house has everything you need, we cooked each night there. Thank you for making my daughter’s birthday trip just that more enjoyable! When we come back we will def coming back here. Easy and fast communication from a host is one of the things I love most and she was def that!!

This is the second stay for my family and I at this property and we love everything about it. The location is perfect for doing Disney which is what we did each day. The owner is always accommodating to our needs and is easy to get ahold of. We will definitely be back for a third time, hopefully sooner than later.

Disneyworld Vacation

We had a great stay. Check in was super easy, even at 2:00 am. The condo was clean and spacious, and felt very secure. We spent all day, everyday in the parks, so I can’t speak to the amenities at the clubhouse or the pool there. It was nice to have the little pool on the back patio, even though we only used it once. The best part of this resort is the communication with Amanda, the owner. I always had immediate responses whenever I had a question about anything. I’m very impressed by her attention to detail and effort in making each stay magical. Thank you again!

Highly Recommend!!

I cannot compliment Amanda the property owner enough! From check in to check out she was absolutely amazing. She was extremely fast to respond to every message I sent and was so friendly. The house is in a beautiful neighborhood and was decorated so cute. My kids were over the top excited with the Moana and Star Wars themed rooms. The home was so clean, we even ran into the house keeper leaving and she was just as sweet. It was a quick 10-15 minute trip to all of the Disney properties. There were so many restaurants and shops near the house that the location is very convenient. I cannot recommend this property enough!! We are already talking about booking it again for a trip next year!

Need Some Work

First I will say Amanda was very responsive when I contacted her; however, the house did not meet our expectations. The reviews were great and the pictures in the listing were perfect - the house we arrived to was not the same. There was very little lighting, walls and floors were dirty, pool dirty, leftover trash from previous guests, and hair in the beds. The water in the showers were cold and very little water pressure. The pool and pool chairs were very old and dirty, a water hose was left by the pool person, which was a major tripping hazard. The house had very little pantry items, so bring your own. You get 1 roll of tissue per bathroom, and 1 towel per bed. The beds were extremely low to the ground and uncomfortable (hard!). My last issue was the air, there is a sign stating the air cannot be dropped below 72. Every night it felt like 80 degrees upstairs (even in November), and we couldn't do anything about it because of the 72 degree rule. I won't be returning.

Disney Birthday

Surprised my daughter for her 25th bday with a trip to Epcot. We had such a blast! House was great, was awesome to cook breakfast every morning, beds were super comfortable and much needed after walking the parks for hours. close to walmart and maingate entry. Would definitely recommend for your disney stay and would stay again!

Nice house

We had a good time at this house. We were only there for a short weekend for a football game and a trip to discovery Cove but it was very nice. There are plenty of restaurants nearby and the house is centrally located to almost anything you want to do in the Orlando area. It typically took us about 30 minutes to get anywhere which isn’t too bad for Orlando. Their house is clean and had plenty of games, kitchen utensils and supplies etc. It was very nice to find shampoo and soap provided. That isn’t always done so that was a nice surprise.

Hi! My name is Amanda and I am a busy mom of three boys and a puppy named Rapunzel. Disney World and Orlando have always been big parts of my life, and I'm so thrilled to invite you to be our guest at our home! I grew up in Florida, and am now a Northern Virginian, but I can never stay away from the Sunshine State and Mickey for too long.

Why they chose this property

When I was looking for a property, I wanted to find a place that would be a nice oasis after a long day at theme parks, and also a place that felt like home to me. Paradise Palms offers not only a private pool, but the communal pool is gorgeous, has a tiki bar, and there is even a movie theater and convenience mart at the clubhouse. It's also close to many of my favorite restaurants and shopping, which makes it an ideal place to just hang out in for a few days.

What makes this property unique

We have amazing murals by local artist Paul Labelle, a lovely patio with a private backyard, and unless I'm asleep, you have me. I strive to be available for our guests. Most nights if you are checking in late, I stay up to make sure you got in okay. I make myself available during the day and always get back to your inquiries. Or, if you would prefer, I can be invisible. It's up to you!
