With 2,354 square feet of sun-soaked living space and a picturesque location on the eighth fairway of Woodlands Golf Course, this custom 3BR/2BA Sunriver home is a dream retreat in Sunriver. Gorgeous granite counters and hardwood floors gleam throughout the open floor plan. Unwind in the beautifully landscaped yard after exploring the bike path.

Enjoy complimentary access to the Sunriver Homeowners Aquatic & Recreation Center (SHARC) that features all-season family fun. The indoor aquatics (open year-round) features a pool with a shallow kid’s play area and whirlpool as well as an adult hot tub. The seasonal outdoor aquatic park boasts a lazy river, waterslides, kid’s pool, and play area. Other on-site activities include winter tubing, disc golf, basketball courts, and a park with a playground, bocce ball court, rock climbing wall, and picnic area as well as a poolside cafe.

New hardwood floors shine in the airy living room, where there's plenty of comfy seating for movie night. Take in fairway views through big picture windows. A river rock gas fireplace adds ambience, and a 55” smart TV provides cinematic film screenings.

Fix tasty meals in an open kitchen appointed with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. A large side-by-side fridge, gas range, and two-seat breakfast bar elevate this culinary space.

This two-story home sleeps seven guests in three bedrooms. Each bedroom has a smart TV.

The ultra-private primary bedroom awaits on the second floor, furnished with a king bed. A gorgeous jetted tub, walk-in shower, and two vanities round out the luxurious en-suite.

On the first floor, the second bedroom has a comfy queen bed, while the third guest room has a twin-over-twin bunk bed plus another twin bed.

The Sunriver Nature Center & Observatory is ideal for an afternoon hike or stay for a nighttime observatory viewing (3 miles). Stock up at the Sunriver Fly Shop in 4 miles before heading out to the Deschutes River.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
