Arrowhead charges a MANDATORY RESORT FEE [paid to Arrowhead Lake during registration]: Wristbands for amenities (in season: $8 per person, per day; off-season: $5 per person, per day) are mandatory year-round for all guests over the age of 12; $10-$20 transaction fee; $15 vehicle fee also required after first car. Renters will be denied access to the community if payment is not received by 3 days prior to arrival. Renter costs found at Renting Homeowners – Arrowhead Lake Community Association (arrowheadlakepa.net) *

Community registration fee and wristband fee is not included in the original booking fee. These fees are paid directly to Arrowhead Lake Community. Please note that this is the policy of Arrowhead Lake Community Association and is beyond our control. After booking with us you will get a message with the needed information to submit to Arrowhead.
