We had a great stay! Communication and responses from the host were excellent! Getting in and out of the suite and building securely was easy and hassle-free. The property and amenities- all “thumbs up!”. Check out Corkscrews and Brews (esp for coffee, breakfast) and the Whiskey distillery.
I enjoyed my stay here the only thing was getting in the door was a little hard but besides that everything was good i loved the layout of this place felt really nice
Place was really nice. Could definitely use some more furniture for sitting in the living room. Huge empty room with a small couch and small decorative chair. The couch bed was not comfortable at all, and only fits one person.wish I went with a 2 bedroom. Needs more mirrors, and some hooks in the bathroom for towels or clothes. Other than that it a nice stay.
Right beside the highways we were only ever about 20 minutes from our destinations. Having the brewery right next door was a happy bonus for date nights.
My friend and I booked this place as we were running the Newport News marathon. This place was a block from the finish line. It logistically was a great option as the shuttle bus to the start left from across the street from the building.
The place was VERY clean and well maintained. The host was very helpful and reachable for any questions that we had. He also helped us find a great Italian restaurant for our pre race pasta dinner. We had a great stay and I was very thankful to find this place to stay!

Cool industrial urban space
Building was a cool old ice house with some original detailing in the way of doors, brick and structural elements. The area is industrial/downtown/shipyard and is in process of revitalization, so not alot of restaurant options in the immediate area, though the pizza place next door was awesome. Sound travels, so we heard upstairs neighbors each night. But otherwise, we enjoyed our short stay!
Loved staying here. The apartment was spacious, clean, and extremely comfortable. The host responded quickly when we had questions. We have stayed many places in our travels, and this was one of the best. Definitely hope to stay here on our next trip to the area.
The location was interesting to us and with the unit formerly an icehouse we thought this would be f
Good experience. Door code stopped working at 6 am the day of checkout. The lockbox outside had no lights over it so it was hard to see.
With the hard surfaces the upstairs unit can be noisy. We did enjoy the area and the unit.
Property was clean, quiet and quick.
We had to come into town for a one day family thing that was unexpected. Hate staying at Hotels, happy to find this place at a nice price, very clean and quiet stay.
We enjoyed our stay at this condo. The architecture and unique features of the building and condo were very nice. The condo had all the necessities needed. It was nice having the pizza restaurant close by. We would stay here again in the future.
Very neat place to stay. Old industrial building type of look, but newly done.

My wife and I and our 4 children live in Virginia Beach. We are a very active family of 6 that loves to travel. Our family's favorite places are the mountains and beaches of Virginia!
We enjoy all the experiences that Virginia Beach has to offer. From the beaches and boardwalk to the restaurants and nightlife of Town Center and everything in between, you are sure to find what you are looking for. We absolutely enjoy this beautiful East Coast resort town.
When we want to get away we head for the Blue Ridge Mountains. We can unwind with hiking, wineries, breweries, snow tubing, skiing and so much more. There's no shortage of things to do or adventures to find for our on-the-go family.
When you stay at one of our homes we take into consideration everything a group like yours needs. Whatever makes our stays more enjoyable and memorable we make sure to include. Thank you for choosing to stay at one of our favorite spots!
