As part of the gated Fiddler's Cove Beach & Racquet Club, enjoy 10 tennis courts, two pools, a hot tub, a fitness center, and outside grilling areas and playgrounds. Great stay/walk to the beach

Awesome place, perfect for our family beach vacation. Walking distance to the beach, comfortable beds, great pools, all you could want. The only downfall was that it’s on the 3rd floor with no elevator. Not a big deal day to day, just carrying luggage up and down when you get in and when leaving.

The apartment had BED BUGS

The apartment had BED BUGS! It was not a good experience. We informed the managers and they said that they would take care of it, but it was too late because we already left the apartment. It cause a lot of problems to us. Me and my daughter got bitten, we had to clean all our clothes, luggage, car, everything. We hope the bugs don't come to our house. They could have more consideration with the problem that they have created for us. Other than that, the apartment was good.

Cleanliness

The property has been remodeled and looked nice. The upholstered cushions yay the dining table looked like someone had eaten off them. The property management was contacted a couple of times by text but no one ever came to resolve the issue. They were disgusting. Also there was a fake fingernail in the bathroom sink. The carpet is in need of being replaced. Part of our party tried to go to the pool and the sign said it was closed and the healthy department was involved. Overall I think I would choose a different resort next visit.

Terrific condo

Condo was exactly as described. Very clean and comfortable. Had absolutely no issues. Would stay here again. Condo says sleeps six , but would be ideal for couple with 1-2 children. , but does have a pull out couch , so six is possible. It is a corner unit. So bright and airy. One note… condo is on Third floor so there are some stairs to navigate.

Quick stay

Property was clean and located in a pretty good area. Does not have a Keurig. Quiet area. The fitness center consist of 1 treadmill, 1 bike and 1 elliptical machine. Check in and check out was very easy. Overall pretty good place to stay.

Fabulous Digs!

What a fantastic week. Everything played out like a finely-tuned fiddle. Nicely appointed condo, attentive security and vacation staff. All the amenities I needed for a week - pool, beach, gorgeous property grounds, quiet, wonderful location. And on and on ...!

Great location near the beach.

Fiddlers Cove is a great complex with gas grills and 2 pools situated about a half mile from the beach. This condo is pretty quiet and has everything except beach towels for your getaway.

Escape to Hilton Head

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was very nicely furnished. The walk to the beach from the condo was a little bit longer than expected but we drove to Coligny Beach which was wonderful. They had very clean bathrooms and places to eat. The only issue we had with this condo was the fact that the owner controlled the thermostat in the condo via a nest control and we could not adjust it to our comfort level. We had to call the management company several times to have the owner lower the temperature in the condo.

Would stay again

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was short walk to the beach which was often less crowded compared to the other beaches just North and South of Folly Field. Thankfully, there was a wagon in the unit to help haul our gear to the beach. The property pools were also nice option to have afterwards. The only thing we wished they had in the unit were beach towels. Since we flew into SC it was not ideal to bring them with us. The washer/dryer was also a huge plus.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We reserved our rental through Turn Key in Feb 2021 in the area of Hilton Head Island where we have stayed for over 38 years . Three hours before we were to check in we got a call saying our unit was not available due to a maintenance issue. We could cancel or come a week later ( neither of which was do able ) After much discussion they gave us another unit 25 min away from our original unit meaning we had to travel through Easter traffic each day to reconnect with all our family and friends at the preferred location. The unit we had was comfortable but it was in an apartment complex not a resort .... this was unacceptable but we are still waiting 10 days later for a call back from the Home Team to resolve the issue We hope this is an unusual happening because at this point we are not very satisfied with Turn Key as a company . We need to hear back from them as we were promised . Very disappointing experience .
