Play a game of foosball or simply unwind in the plush primary suite - complete with a luxe soaking tub! Additional perks include a private washer/dryer and free WiFi.

The full-size kitchen is equipped to efficiently handle in-home meals, configured with stainless steel appliances and ample stone counter space. The dining table offers seating for six, while bar/counter seating can accommodate four. Fire up the grill for a family barbecue, dine alfresco beneath an umbrella on the patio, or play a game of cornhole with your family or friends in the backyard! Added perks include a beach wagon.

There is free parking for two vehicles. Trailers of any kind, boats, and golf carts are not allowed in the subdivision.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
