Great location

This property worked well for us as we were just sleeping there while we visited our family during the day and evenings. Not someplace I would stay if I needed someplace to be all day. Small and a bit dark to linger long. Needs to have the flooring replaced otherwise I would have given it make stars across the board. Bed was really comfortable!

Not well maintained

The unit was as advertised and pretty clean. The big problem was the flooring. As you left the kitchen the boards were either loose or not attached at all. Multiple time I could feel them moving under my feet and on at least three occasions my foot got caught on one of the boards. We naturally started wearing shoes at all times for safety. By the end of our stay the floor boards were starting to break apart into little strip pieces. This need to be fixed/replaced before they rent it again. The place should also have a small table for eating and computer work.

A nice location, though this unit did not have a balcony, the floor boards need to be replaced

the King size bed was really nice, and the TV was nice. I liked it the kitchen appliances and coffee were excellent, a very few floor boards need to be replaced. I think the sofa could be updated along with maybe add some grab bars in the shower area.

Will never rent from vacasa again, one problem after another, even locked out one day and took them 2 hours to call to get back through the gate! Supposed to have been a certain amount @ night, after all their added charges it was almost double that @ night!!! So many other problems also.

March Escape

Property is very nice, quiet and relaxing. The pool and surrounding landscape offers a great, private getaway. Close to St Augistine and an easy drive to the players championship golf tournament. The lockbox for the keys needs to be relabeled as it does not show the unit number completely. Took some extra looking to find the correct lockbox to get the keys. Would definitely come back.

Difficulty from the start at the gate

The gate guard at the entrance was arrogant rude condescending dressed sloppily. He said he had no record of me or reservation. He asked who I booked with I said Vrbo he said there worthless after 20 minutes waiting I got in. My companion had the same problems at the gate even after I’d given the guard his information. I think he’s on a power trip. And this is who sets the tone of your stay as he is who you see first. I finally located the key box and got the keys. The unit I rented is nice but no washer as was in the picture . The bed mattress was awful I woke up throughout the night it needs replacing . I cut my stay short by a day due to the bed. The unit has some floor boards In living room that aren’t even and are cracked. The decor is nice and cozy The only problem is with no washer how can you get clean towels if needed?? Overall the property is beautiful I definitely would stay again just not that apartment and pray the gate guard has been fired.

Fantastic Stay for a Quiet Getaway

We were looking for a quiet retreat and this golf course getaway did not disappoint. Overall, the property was clean when we arrived. Linens and towels were washed and folded, the room was swept and vacuumed (we could see from the carpet lines), and the kitchen was organized with everything washed and in its place. The coffee pot had previous grounds around the rim of the single serve, but it was easy to clean before use. The owner generously provided ample k-cups, grounds, and creamers for guests. The bed was comfortable and soft with high quality pillows and comforter. It was a King size bed, as advertised in the listing. My spouse, my baby, and I all three slept comfortably in the bed and enjoyed movies and tv from a variety of streaming services (Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, SlingTV, and Disney+). The views and atmosphere of the golf course and pools were beautiful. Everything was perfectly manicured and the facilities maintenance personnel were friendly. They had to power wash the pool deck for one day of our stay, but were efficient and still allowed us to enjoy the pool on the alternate side. The pools were beautiful with ornate fountains and plenty of seating, both covered and uncovered, for shade or sunshine. On the colder day of our stay, we were able to enjoy the heated pool down the road within the same community through the white key cards provided by the owner. This was a perfect retreat for our little family where we could safely swim and go for walks together in the beautiful atmosphere. It is located 20 minutes from Historic St. Augustine by car, but we appreciated the distance from the hustle and bustle and plan to visit again! If you are looking to slow down and unwind, this is a perfect getaway!

Perfect unit, enjoyed my stay

The accommodations were spotless and well-appointed. 100 times better than a hotel and everything was just perfect, comfy and for the most part, all worked well. A suggestion is to provide very specific instructions, "middle building", the key fob is on the rack that has a sign "Laterra West". I only found it by chance after scouring the other rack.

Quiet, nice retreat.

I will book this room again just for the bed!!! Most comfortable bed I've ever slept in!!! The room was great, very clean, and had everything we needed. Nice, quiet place. Gorgeous pool and very clean! And very pet friendly with nice dog walking areas all around the property! Staff were very friendly and helpful!

Overall a good trip

Hello our overall stay was good we were happy and enjoyed our stay. There was a lot of dust in places like around the bed and the pot lids there dusty like they haven't been used in a while there were also 2 dirty cups in the cabinet. Also the coffee maker has a lot of calcium build up in the water tank you can even see some chunks floating that should be cleaned out other then that it was ok. I would suggest having the wood flooring properly fixed the floor is coming up and looks like someone tried a do it yourself fix I cut my foot on it nothing major so not a big deal. Other then that we had a very nice time at the unit is nice and comfortable thank you for having us look forward to another stay in the future.

Clean condo

Great property and clean but the coffee machine needs to go. It’s gross and we couldn’t make coffee. A nice Keurig would be nice. Aside from that the mattress was totally dreamy and we had an excellent stay

Beautiful studio apartment

We enjoyed our stay, lovely accommodations and dog friendly, Great night sleep. Only issue we had was a slow draining bath tub which made for a very slippery bath tub.

Only issue was cleaners left last person's soap bar and shampoo in the shower and tub was slippery (I fell). Hopefully owners put some non skid in tub to remedy the safety issue
