PROPERTY DESCRIPTION

The holiday villa nr. 2 offers 128 m² of living space and is suitable for 6+1* persons.
It consists of a ground floor and two upper floors. On the ground floor is a living / dining area with open stone fireplace, air conditioning (groundfloor only), satellite TV and DVD player. There is a large, fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom (washing machine) with shower. On the first floor there are two separate bedrooms (cooling fan) with double beds and each with its own bathroom with shower. The second floor is equipped with an additional living room (pull-out couch), a dining area and a small kitchenette. Here is also the third bedroom (cooling fan) and a bathroom with bathtub. 
In front of the house is a pretty little house with an open fireplace for cozy sitting together, a covered terrace with garden furniture, a barbecue and an oven. In front of this house is a swimming pool, which is used together, but only with the guests of a neighboring house; this is provided with loungers and an outdoor shower.
Two parking spaces are available; Wi-Fi, safe deposit box and hairdryer. Cots, high chair, baby bath and fitness room are on request.

The holiday villa is part of a complex of 5 adjoining holiday villas. The facility is located in the countryside, in a small village called Burici (Kanfanar). These are pretty country houses with 2 swimming pools (The houses 1 and 2 share a community pool and the houses 3,4 and 5 a second community pool)
The village of Burici is located in the interior of Istria, yet only a stone's throw from the coast (only 17km from Rovinj).
Burici is an ideal starting point for visiting many historic cities, such as Rovinj, Porec, Motovun or Svet Vincenat.
