Fully renovated, third row Litchfield Beach house with close access to beach walkway (less than 2 minutes - please ignore Airbnb’s incorrect 16 minute walk info that we can not get removed, it is incorrect AI generated), diagonally across from the boat launch, 6 bedrooms (sleeps 15 in actual beds), 3 full bathrooms and 2 half baths, one outdoor shower, 2 kitchens and plenty of space for the whole family - have a flamazing good time at The Pink Flamingo where fun, style and memories are made. Welcome to The Pink Flamingo - third row from Litchfield Beach which is less than a 2 minute walk! Whether you come with friends or family, this is the place to flamingle! :) The house is set up to host a variety of groups. Upstairs/2nd level we have a king master suite with its own ensuite bathroom. The middle bedroom consists of a (cozy) queen bedroom sharing a bathroom with another king bedroom. Off of these bedrooms you will find an open living/dining and kitchen area as well as a small half bathroom. Off of the main room is a huge front and back porch to enjoy outside air and al fresco dining. Sit outside and watch the kids play below in our cute stock tank pool which is 8 ft round and only 2 feet deep but perfect for kids or adults to enjoy a cool dip. Please excuse the non-painted deck as we must wait for the wood to cure before it can be painted.
Back inside , you can head down the INTERIOR staircase to find another king bedroom sharing a full bathroom with a bunk room that has two sets of bunks to sleep 5. One is twin over twin and the other is twin over full. The last bedroom has a queen bed. Downstairs is a similar floorplan with open living, dining and smaller kitchen to enjoy as well as another half bathroom. The flamingo kitchen stores our fun cooking items for memory making - popcorn maker, homemade ice cream maker, blender and a large griddle for pancakes galore.
The house has smart tvs in the two dens to enjoy so you bring your log in information to stream. Oh and if you are the one who always has to shower last, don't worry endless hot water with a new tankless water heater. We got you covered.
Public boat access is diagonally across from our driveway - we offer two paddle boards to launch or bring your boat. You can reach the beach by simply turning right out of our driveway and another right will lead you to direct beach access at the end of the street - just two rows away.
We aim to please and have renovated the space to create wonderful memories and sleep many comfortably. We believe that houses are made to create special life long memories and we look forward to hosting yours at The Pink Flamingo.

It is possible to snugly fit 3 cars side by side. The driveway can fit two cars deep - 6 is possible - 4 is comfortable.

We are seasoned hosts with professionals close by should any problems arise.

Litchfield Beach is the quintessential nostalgic beach town. Enjoy the wide stretches of sand and great waves, use the boat launch to bring your own boat or use our recreational water toys provided to explore the creek.
Direct Beach access is easy and quick. Take a short walk down to Litchfield Inn's Cabana Cafe and Austin's Ocean One for dinner and a cocktail without ever using a car. If you do want to drive, the many great restaurants and shopping in Pawley's Island area is infamous. More dining options are close by at Murrel's Inlet and If you want a quick trip to Myrtle Beach - just head 30-45 minutes north for the airport, outlets or entertainment or south to Georgetown. If you want to explore, there is so much to do yet staying close is just as wonderful too. You choose how to vacation at The Pink Flamingo.
