Nice Spot

Very nice building. Condo was clean and nice. Check in was lovely and easy. The valet guys were so nice. We were worried about temperature in the condo because of the heat wave, but it was nice and cool. There was a ridiculous party on our hall and management eliminated that very quickly. Thank you. Only complaint I would say was the view of the highway. The listing said river view and while yes, we could see the river from the side, we were really staring at the interstate. No big deal for us, just might want to be specific for future guests. We would stay again next time we return to Austin.

Got the job done

I was very upset with some aspects of that stay, and very happy with others. We did have to be completely embarrassed during check in as for some reason they could not find our reservation. I got attitude from the one fine B&B guy as if I was lying, when I payed thousand up front. The TV in the living room also the would not work all trip which was pathetic. Almost 2k plus for a week and the TV doesn’t work…. I have other complaints as well but don’t have the time to list the upsetting parts. Luckily we planned ourselves a nice enough trip to have an ok time.

Impressive

Very comfortable condo and location. Easy to navigate to Lucy Bird Trail,Rainey street and Congress Ave. Great parking valet team,professional accommodating. Very impressed with the responsiveness of the management team to any concerns. Kent was so helpful, kind and responsive. Having rented numerous times I do not think I ever encountered a more professional team! Would definitely rent this property again!

Great location

Just had a great week at this apartment, really good location and facilities great. Pool and gym both really good. Two minor things to raise the coffee machine (which a previous reviewer has added) is too small, the appt could really go with a proper filter machine so you can have a good size coffee in the morning so just a suggestion. Checking in wasn't made clear I informed of my flight beforehand but Allyn meeting us wasn't aware and like wise I wasn't aware Allyn was going to meet us, Being international we had no wifi access until we were literally on site so Allyn was emailing but obviously didn't get a response on when we would arrive, I think the process just needs adding to the email we receive a few days before we arrive on check in so that it is clear. As, I said two very minor points other than that totally recommend this appt for a break.

Amazing stay right off Rainey street

This was truly one of the best experiences Ive ever had at a vrbo. The management team was extremely helpful, the location cannot beat, and the amenities in the building were incredible. Our host was extremely responsive and made the whole process easy and enjoyable. would stay here again.

Great Place, But Missing Basic Things

First, the check in process was a bit confusing. The front desk had no idea who the property owner was and that it was rented out to someone else. I understand there was another person that we needed to check in with, but that wasn't immediately clear and I got concerned that our booking wasn't legit. The overall space was nice. The bathroom was a bit strange though. There not being a shower door was kind of ridiculous and water would hit the floor outside of the shower. It made it very cold in the shower. The fan in the bathroom barely worked to vent out the heat from the shower so it was very steamy in the shower. Just a lot of wasted space overall in the bathroom. Not an adequate towel bar for 2 people staying there either to dry towels. The dishwasher was also very confusing to start. Still not clear that I started it or not before I left because it just kept beeping. Need some directions posted on how to run it. Coffee machine was a bit lame too. Only makes a half cup of coffee. All in all, the price should be a little bit lower for a room like this, because the bathroom was lacking basic functionality.

Nice property, lots of young nightlife

The property was great! We enjoyed the facilities and esp. rooftop pool and sitting areas. The night life on Rainey St is very young and club like - not quite what I expected but we took scooters (they are everywhere) up to Red River St which was more our speed. There is an amazing little market right around the corner where you can get snacks, food, good wine, etc.

Awesome location!

Property was clean, newly furnished and located downtown close to bars, food trucks, restaurants and the walking/running/biking trail along the river. Checkin/checkout was super convenient and communication with property manager was easy. Would definitely stay here again!

Very nice!

I would definitely recommend. The unit was perfect for us. Clean and comfortable. I would also recommend the valet service, it made parking so much easier. Everyone was very nice and friendly, would definitely stay here again if back in Austin.

Fantastic Austin Condo

Condo in a great location, right by Rainey St. with lots of restaurants and bars to visit. The property/building is very clean and safe. The unit was very clean and comfortable, we would definitely stay here again.

Great location, Clean comfortable

This location is great for walking everywhere in the downtown area of Austin. The condo was clean and quiet. The rooftop pool is not to be missed, lounging in one of the cabanas was my favorite part. You don't need to interact with the staff of the building very much but when you do they are friendly and helpful. There is a great little grocery store right around the block that we visited several times. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance and the walk along the river is very accessible. The fitness center in the building is also very nice. I would stay here again!
