Surrounded by the up to 600 m towering mountains of the southern Harz, located in the historic center of Ilfeld, is our family-run guesthouse, which was built in half-timbered style about 1800, as the first school in Ilfeld. Our apartments are named after the surrounding mountains or rock formations.

You live in the apartment "Herzberg" for up to 5 persons (60m ²), in the second Floor, in the studio style, with a very large living room (40 sqm) with flat screen TV, upholstered furniture, wardrobe, wardrobe, double bed and an additional sofa bed, a bedroom (the bedroom with 2 single beds, which can also be put together, located directly above the apartment and is accessed by a staircase, kitchen with electric stove, dining table with 4 chairs, fridge, etc. and a window for ventilation with a view of our mountains, bathroom with shower, WC, WC and a window for ventilation with a view of our mountains.



Internet via our in-house hot spot is available to you free of charge.

A parking space on our enclosed property is available to you, by arrangement, free of charge.

The beautiful outdoor area with many flowers, lawn and the outdoor seating invites you to relax, relax or barbecue. Enjoy the view of the mountains and pretty half-timbered houses.

The most beautiful hiking trails start right at our front door.

Shops such as a private butcher's shop with Thuringian specialties and attached food and drinks for daily needs, bread and rolls from the local bakery and a snack for breakfast and lunch (Friday is always grilled) is within 2 minutes walking distance. A Edekamarkt, beverage market and a bakery, gift shop, pharmacy, doctor's office and hairdresser are also in place.

Dialysis for diabetics is available 250m from our guest house.
