Overlooking Lake Carillon, this suite-style condo is the perfect place to escape for a long weekend, but also offers a well-equipped, kitchenette and a comfortable, sunlit living area that make it ideal for longer beach-therapy stays. With a cable-equipped TV, a small desk and chair for remote work or schooling, and views of the lake, it will be tough to find reasons to leave! And on-site, enjoy many amenities as our guest, including a shared hot tub, outdoor pool, basketball and tennis courts, and a playground. Plus, it's only a short walk to the lake and the beach!

THINGS TO KNOW
Golf Carts are not permitted unless they are rented through Coastal Cars and Carts.
The Vacasa office is open seven days a week from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and is located on Carillon Market Street for guest assistance.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Could use some updating but nice enough 8 of 10
Nice little place for us and our dogs. Thick dust on carbon monoxide detector & could have used updating on recliner. It was stained. Bathroom had some mold on the ceiling around fan. It wasn’t a bad place at all but for the price, could use a deep cleaning and a couple of updates. Did have grass for our dogs and was a quiet community. Not bad at all.

Amazing area
Super cute community and would highly suggest staying in the area. Condo was dated but did show minimal updated decor. Does not allow early check in or late check out. Check in is later than most other places and check out is earlier than I've ever seen also. We stayed 5 nights with 2 people. It would have been nice to have more toiletries for the stay and coffee. We went and bought our own. The mattress was very hard and left me with back and neck pain. The bathroom caulking had mold throughout and the fans were very dirty. The mattress cover was not washed prior either.

We have stayed here before but the resort has gone downhill. Knobs on the hot tub missing, stains on the bedsheets, bottle caps and trash outside beside the patio.

Great little place for a couple and pets, but terrible if you don’t want someone banging on your wall from sun up to sun down. The listing states there’s construction, but it would have been nice to know someone would be directly drilling into and banging on the other side of the wall all day.

Not the greatest trip
We have gone to PCB every year for the last 10 years and we always stay at Carillon Beach Resort Inn. Never have we walked into a condo and second guessed ourselves about the condo we were in until now. We walked in to walls covered with dried fluids and blinds that were falling apart on the bottom and also covered in some sort of dried fluids. I will say the cleaning crew had cleaned the bed, bath, kitchen but the walls, blinds, light switches and door knobs were so gross we spent the first afternoon of our trip buying wipes and cleaning all the light switches and door knobs… we took pictures and notified vacasa, however, all they said was they didn’t want to go in and paint the walls while we were there. That part was completely understandable however, they didn’t offer a different condo nor did they offer any compensation for us having to stay in that filthy room. I will not be booking through this service again. If there’s any doubt about my review I will be happy to provide the pictures I have.

Nice place for a weekend getaway.
I had a nice time staying at this quiet little place. It’s simply decorated yet has things you need. The shower didn’t drain well the first night but maintenance fixed it the next day.

Beach trip
We had our dog at this property and it was perfect for the short trip. Great location and nice amenities for the family. The beach was a short walking distance, 5 minutes.

Could of been better
Only 3 coffee cups. Plates, silverware pans though no bowls etc. There a week no extra towels offered. Laundry in building down for four of our 7 days. Call placed about parking our RV never got back with us. No information in room about local delivery places, attractions, restaurant or simple information for people from out of town. Very loud at times since we were by elevator.
