No loud noise or parties allowed. HOA will fine $500 per instance.

Great area/house

The house was clean and very large. Our family had a great vacation. Private beach passes are a must in this area due to very small and packed public beach(and very limited parking area). We enjoyed the reserve at greyton beach, nice wooden path with shade most of the way to the beach. Golf cart rental from owner was great. Pool in the subdivision was great. Thanks again for sharing your house hope to be back.

Our Stay

Property was very nice. There were a few minor damages I informed the owner of upon arrival and she received these kindly. Owner nicely dropped off additional supplies during our stay that the cleaning services forgot to supply. Owner was very responsive and nice to work with.

Our stay

Pots and pans were wore out. Lights upstairs in bedrooms would not stay on. Some rooms didn't get enough ac so it was rather hot. Master tub didn't have a faucet so couldn't soak. Dryer would not dry.

Cleanliness

The house was nice from the exterior. However when we got in we checked everything to make sure we did not get into anything that we’d get fined for. First one of the bed frames was broken. There was also dirty sheets with staines and bugs in the sheets. There was also no remote for the top bedroom. Also the ac was only going down to 70 degrees.

Beautiful home a few minutes from beach

The family and I enjoyed this beautiful home. It’s definitely enough space to accommodate at least 16+ guest but we only had 14 which was perfect! The home is beautiful in a great location but there were only a few bumps we ran into. The first was the door knob that came out upon arrival & we had to be very careful with it during our stay, a piece of the blind upstairs was broken but thank goodness it was upstairs where no one could peep in. The room with the bunk beds had no tv so the young adults had to watch tv downstairs until they were ready for bed & lastly the freezer and pots/pans were dirty. We made sure to have everything cleaned upon departure so the next guest wouldn’t experience what we did. Overall the house is beautiful & is located a few houses down from the community pool which is gorgeous!!

I look to provide an amazing vacation experience for my guests. I used two management companies over the last year for this property, however, I believe it resulted in the guest paying extremely high fees with no additional benefit. I invite to enjoy my vacation home and have an incredible vacation experience.

Why they chose this property

This is a very spacious house with 4 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms. Great for large families or groups so everyone can spread out and relax. The large resort style lagoon pool is fabulous and you are a 5 minute drive to Shunk's Gulley and the beach.
