This beautiful and family friendly row middle house is centrally yet quietly located in the immediate vicinity of the marina and spa. Ideal for exploring the region by bike or on foot. In just a few minutes, the Cliner Quelle with a new swimming pool, large playground and fitness facilities can be reached. The holiday home has a terrace with a small garden area and a stone barbecue. A parking lot at the house and a garaging for bicycles are also provided. Two adult bicycles are available free of charge but without warranty of function.

The ground floor has a spacious living room with adjoining dining area, a modern, open kitchen and a guest toilet. When booking optional additional services, sufficient availability is reserved.
