In the basement there are the following rooms: bath + WC, sauna, living room + fireplace, beg. Wardrobe, kitchen + food and that.
Upstairs are the following rooms: 3 bedrooms, bathroom incl. Bathtub partly. Floor heating. Zierow is a small village in Mecklenburg, here you can smell the salty air from the Baltic Sea. From our house it is only a few minutes walk to the beach. It is only 4 km to the old town to Wismar.
By bike (4 bicycles are available for you) you can explore the area.

Ferienhaus Poeler Drift Zierow

Das dieses Gebäude elektrisch beheizt wurde, mit Durchlauferhitzer fürs duschen etc. stand so genau nicht in der Anzeige. Mit der Sauna kommt man locker auf nicht unerhebliche Nebenkosten, wenn man nicht so sparsam ist. Gott sei dank gab es einrn Kamin. Im Somner eher kein Strom-Problem.

Urlaub an der Ostsee

Wir haben schöne 13 Tage im Ferienhaus verbracht. Es war alles sehr sauber. Sehr netter Vermieter. Bis auf ein paar Kleinigkeiten war alles in Ordnung. (Defekte Rollade, defekte Fahrräder) kleiner Wohnraum. Die Lage war gut. Nicht weit vom Strand. und zur Stadt Wismar.

Wer es Sylvester ruhig mag ist dort genau richtig. Grill und Sauna runden das Ganze ab. Viele Hundebesitzer gesehen. Auto sollte vorhanden sein da fussläufige Erreichbarkeit schwierig.

Erholsame Tage an der Ostsee

Das Haus ist toll und die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr nett. Highlights sind die Sauna, die Fahrräder und die Nähe zum schönen Strand!

Bettwäsche nicht vergessen ;)

Alles wie erwartet. Wäre schön gewesen, explizit auf die Notwendigkeit von Handtüchern und Bettwäsche hingewiesen worden zu sein. Ließ sich vor Ort aber ausleihen.

Tolles Haus für einen entspannten Urlaub

Schönes modernes Haus in ruhiger Feriensiedlung, der Strand ist fußläufig erreichbar. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind mit dem Auto 5 Minuten entfernt. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter gestaltete sich einfach, es wurde zeitnah geantwortet und sich gekümmert!

Klasse Kurzurlaub

Perfekt für unseren Kurztrip. Alles zufriedenstellend. Leider keine Einkaufsmöglichkeiten im Ort, lediglich ein kleiner Shop auf dem Campingplatz, aber Geschöfte im Nachbarort mit dem Auto schnell zu erreichen. Bis Wismar sind es ca. 4km. Strand ist fußläufig über einen Feldweg erreichbar.

Insgesamt ok mit kleinen Mängeln

Lage in typischer relativ neu angelegter reinenFerienhaus-Siedlung, Parzelle an Parzelle, wobei dieses Objekt immerhin an einer Seite an eine freie Wiese/Spielplatz grenzt. Nutzung als reines Miet-Objekt, damit Ausstattung eher nihilistisch, teils mit deutlichen Gebrauchs-Spuren, und insgesamt nicht hochwertig (insbes. Betten, Decken/Kissen, Möbliar insgsamt). Wichtig zu wissen: im 3. Schlafzimmer gibt es nur eine recht kleine Schlafcouch, nicht für 2Erwachsene geeignet (wir haben mit einem Erwachsenen und einem 5jährigen dort geschlafen, was so halbwegs ok war, wobei bei 85qm Wohnfläche 6Erwachsene für die meisten eh nicht infrage kommen dürften...). Schuppen wurde während unseres Aufenthalts gerade neu gemacht, somit waren auch die beschriebenen Fahrräder nicht vor Ort. Umgebung schön, insbes. zum Wandern/ Radfahren / Strand mit Kindern etc..., Positiv ist sicherlich der im Vergleich zu anderen Objekten recht moderate Preis.

Schönes Ferienhaus aber spartanisch

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr schön. Es war alles - was da war - okay. Der Kontakt super nett. Sauna und Kamin da, gute Küchenausstattung mit Geräten. Ich komme wieder. Die folgenden Mängel sind nur auf sehr hohem Niveau - vor allem, weil der Preis extrem gut war. Etwas "alt" wirkten manche Gegenstände und Einrichtungen: kaputte Küchenschublade, Terrasse, etc. Der Strandkorb war gefährlich wegen seines mürben Zustands. Die Sauna ist ohne Foto im Inserat. Sie ist superklein mit einer Sitzbank ca. 1m x 0,5m. Wozu der Kopfkeil ist weiß ich bis heute nicht, denn hinlegen geht nicht :-) oder ich kenn die Technik nicht. Der Rauchmelder vor der Saunatür ist nett... Im Haus ist NIX da, das sollte unbedingt stärker ausgewiesen werden: Keine Handtücher, keine Gewürze, keine Lappen, kein Feuerzeug, keine Kerze, kein Holz, keine Sofakissen und -decke, keine Bettzeug, keine Handtücher, keine Spülertabs, kein Waschmittel - gar nix. Ein Volleinkauf war nötig. ACHTUNG: Stromheizung + Stromsauna müssen mit 0,45€/kwh extra bezahlt werden. Findet man im Inserat nur, wenn man wirklich danach sucht. ca. 10-20€ am Tag (mindestens) Die Gegend ist nicht so dolle. Zum Strand geht ca. 500m übers Feld. Der Strand ist schmal und okay.

Ostsee im Winter erleben

Nach einem schönen Spaziergang am Ostseestrand konnten wir die Sauna und den Kamin genießen. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist neu und ordentlich.

Schöne Unterkunft

Schöne Unterkunft nur leider fehlten fast alle Verbrauchsmittel wie Seife etc. außerdem muss der Strom leider je nach Verbrauch nachträglich gezahlt werden was etwas nervig ist. Ansonsten hat alles super geklappt und war sehr schön
