Keyless entry with a smart lock. You will receive your unique code a few days before your check-in date. There are only 3 steps to get into the house from the street level.
Kitchen
This gorgeous kitchen is fully stocked with all the appliances and utensils you will need to whip up a family dinner, with a wide selection of pots and pans and a variety of cooking spices. Also available are a microwave oven, toaster oven, crockpot, rice cooker, blender, mixer, electric kettle, coffee maker with complimentary coffee, creamer, sugar, sweetener, and tea. Kid-friendly (aka shatter-proof) plates, cups & utensils readily available.
Dining room
The sleek dining table comfortably seats 8, and there are four additional height-adjustable bar stools on the large kitchen counter. Evenflo 4-in-1 convertible high chair, free and always available for use.
Living room & Game room
75” Samsung smart TV with free Netflix and HBOmax, 1000 mbps wifi; Ecobee thermostat; classic family games and toys for little ones. Foosball table, ping pong table, and electronic dart board for the competitive folks.
Bedrooms
Three bedrooms, all with 12" queen memory foam mattresses. There are two 6" and two 4" queen memory foam floor mattresses available for additional guests and may be set up in the bedrooms or in the game room. *(You may put the two floor mattresses on top of each other to make a more comfortable 10" mattress.) The master bedroom has a wall-mounted 55" LG smart TV also with free Netflix. Night stands in the two bedrooms are equipped with USB charging ports. One bedroom has a study table for those who wish to do some work remotely. Pack-n-play/playard is free and always available for use.
Bathrooms
Both of the two bathrooms have glorious rain shower heads. We provide complimentary Eco Botanics White Tea and Honey body wash, shampoo and conditioner that are gluten-free, paraben-free and cruelty-free. Hair dryers and make-up towels are also available in each bathroom. ** Disclaimer: The master bathroom door is only 25 inches wide.

Enjoy a private, fenced-in yard with outdoor dining and a gas BBQ grill.
Garage
Washer & Dryer with complementary detergent and dryer sheets. You can park in the garage or driveway and there is plenty of street parking. A set of beach chairs with umbrellas, a beach blanket, beach toys and a folding wagon are located here.

Why they chose this property
This is a newly renovated home, very bright and spacious inside with brand new appliances. The house is nestled in a peaceful neighborhood and very central to San Diego attractions. There are parks on both ends of the street that people like to go and hang out to have a picnic with the family and take the little ones to the playground or take their dogs for a walk. We are close to the Montgomery-Gibbs airport, you may occasionally hear the planes passing by when inside the house.
