Our beautiful apartment balcony is located in an apartment building above Lenzkirch with a panoramic view over the beautiful place. A garage is available on request. Enjoy a nice holiday in our fully equipped apartment. The apartment is about 55 square meters and has a balcony with southwest location.
In addition to 2 adults (optimal) can still accommodate 2 children. In addition to the bedroom with a new bed for two adults, the living room has two pull-out sofa beds.
The kitchen is fully equipped and also has an oven.

With the guest access you can surf unlimited with WLAN via the landline connection.

Lenzkirch is a health resort, therefore per adult / night € 2.20 tourist tax is charged (listed in the bill / cost statement under administrative fee, children € 1, -). You will receive a spa card entitling you to use public transport in the area free of charge. In addition, there are numerous discounts on tickets. Inquire in addition to the Internet.

Important: We gladly accept instant bookings, but require 7 days lead time to complete the rental contract and send the keys!

Schöner Aufenthalt und perfekte Lage

War sehr angenehem und man konnte sowohl Skipiste als auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gut erreichen. Jeden Morgen den Sonnenaufgang und jeden Abend den Sonnenuntergang auf dem Balkon zu genießen war herrlich. Dankeschön!

Schlüsselübergabe

Die Schlüsselübergabe sehr komliziert. Kam mit der Post erst 5 Tage nach unserer Abreise bei uns zu Hause in der Schweiz an, auch die Gästekarte. Jetzt muss ich das ganze zurück schicken.Ein Neffe konnte uns dann vor Ort einen Schlüssel aushändigen. War umständlich mit schreiben und telefonieren. Noch nie erlebt.

Appartement confortable et bien équipé

L'appartement est bien meublé et équipé. On y prend rapidement ses marques. Quelques brochures donnent des pistes sur les activités à faire aux alentours, en été et en hiver. Il est idéalement situé sur les hauteurs du village, à quelques minutes à pied ou en voiture de plusieurs itinéraires de promenade/randonnée, pour adultes et enfants et à proximité de 2 lacs.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit traumhaftem Ausblick

Sehr gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung mit wunderbarem Blick über Lenzkirch. Der Einstieg in die Wanderwege ist in unmittelbarer Nähe und die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten fußläufig erreichbar.

Schoene Lage, guter Ausblick

Die Lage ist schoen und bietet einen guten Ausblick. Die Wohnung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber sehr nett. Der Vermieter ist sehr hilfsbereit. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Gemütliche Wohnung in ruhiger Lage

Meine Freundin und ich haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Wohnung mit Blick hinab auf Lenzkirch liegt in einer ruhigen Lage, von wo aus Schluchsee und Titisee schnell mit dem Auto erreichbar sind. Die Küche ist zwar recht klein, ist aber gut ausgestattet, lediglich eine Spülmaschine fehlt (dafür aber eine Waschmaschine). Der Vermieter antwortet schnell bei Problemen.

Komfortable Wohnung

In der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden, was man für einen schönen Urlaub braucht. Die Aussicht vom Balkon ist toll und im Ort bekommt man alles für den täglichen Bedarf. Man kann viele Wanderungen von der Wohnung aus starten, so dass das Auto stehen bleiben kann. Infomaterial ist reichlich da. Empfehlenswert ist die Hochschwarzwald App.

Nice appartment with great view. Excellent for 3. Bring your own linnen, we didn’t know that beforehand. Key will be sent by mail and you have to send back afterwards. Good communication with mr. Sander.

Très bien situé et confortable

Tout a été facile et confortable. Appartement très calme, avec une belle vue, proche de la nature, à 15 minutes des pistes de ski du Feldberg! Je recommande !

Schöne Wohnung und tolle Umgebung

Wir wollten Sylvester mal anderes feiern.Und es hat sich gelohnt. Die Wohnung von Hr. Sander ist sehr gut ausgestattet, gepflegt, vollständig und hat einen sehr schönen Ausblich auf die Landschaft. Wir haben zusammen viel unternommen, wie Ski fahren, Ausflüge nach Donaueschingen, Freiburg und in die Schweiz. Unsere Tochter hat auch viel Spaß dabei gehabt. Vielen Dank
