Pine Cove Cottage 10 minutes from Mayo
Sun filled one room cottage with everything you need for a stay wether it’s a get away or a visit to Mayo Clinic. Our little cottage is set on the Zumbro River. We have an additional old building completely redone, into an extra living space with 2 recliners, tv, daybed, and desk just a few steps away from the cottage that can be rented for an additional nightly rate of $40 for stays less than 2 weeks or $25 a night or $500 a month. The property is 40 acres of trees and walking paths. This beautiful setting can be enjoyed with your own outside deck with table overlooking ponds. We, the owners live just through the pine trees on the property. We are close by, if needed. But your privacy is highly respected.

We bought this property in 2021. It had no house on it and a few old run down sheds.
We turned one little shed into the Pine Cove Cottage. The cottage sits at the front of the 40 acres. We are creatives. My husband is an out of the box thinker and I love sitting in my studio creating things with paper and beads.

Why they chose this property
The property is 40 acres with a pond, pavilion, our home and office and the Cottage. We have made walking trails through the woods that can be used summer and winter. The cottage has a deck that over looks the ponds and large grass area. Our guests are welcome to enjoy if there is nothing else going on.
What makes this property unique
The property sits in town but feels like your in the country. There is a paved bike trail just outside your door. And grass walking paths out your back door. The cottage has everything you need to stay for an extended period or just 2 nights for whatever brings you to town.
