About this property

This beach condo's owners have it fully equipped and ready to share with you! From the moment you walk in, you'll enjoy the open floor plan, balcony access, and gulf views. The condo is located directly on the beach and offers FREE seasonal beach chair service each day of your stay (March 1st to October 31st).

It gets better still! This condo has been updated for the upcoming 2024 rental season. The condo now features: New luxury vinyl plank flooring (no carpet), king bed in the master bedroom, 2 queen beds in the guest bedroom, new toilets, updated painted kitchen cabinetry, kitchen pantry, and a ground floor, reserved parking space, under the building close to the elevators and beach access! No garage ramps to deal with, plus, you can store your beach items in your vehicle and have them conveniently located as you go to and from the beach (no need to carry them up and down the elevator or in and out of the condo). So convenient!

The 10x28 balcony is large enough for every one in your party with room to spare! Relax on the chaise loungers, or enjoy a wonderful meal! You'll love the gulf views, sandy beach, and majestic sunsets. You can clearly hear the waves as they splash ashore.

The living room features beach views, balcony access, and a large wall-mounted tv for entertainment. The matching sofa and loveseat provide comfortable seating. Take a nap, watch a movie, or read a good book, you'll love the relaxing and stress free atmosphere.

The kitchen is fully equipped and ready for those home cooked meals. It features new painted cabinetry, upgraded granite, tile backsplash, stainless appliances, and breakfast bar with 3 barstools and matching tile back facing. The dining table seats four. A kitchen pantry is also available for easy storage of all of your food items.

The master bedroom is gulf-front and adjoins the balcony. It includes balcony access, a private bath with combination tub/shower, and king bed. The guest bedroom is large, spacious, and includes two queen beds with private access to the guest bathroom. The living room is also equipped with a sleeper sofa.

The condo includes a laundry room with upgraded, stacked, front-loading washer and dryer.

Tropic Winds is located on the west end of Panama City Beach, a short 2 miles away from Pier Park, Panama City Beach's premier shopping, entertainment, and dining venue. Tropic Winds offers an indoor/outdoor heated pool, beach-front hot tub, charcoal and gas grills, fitness center, steam room, and sauna.

PARKING: A reserved, exclusive use, parking space (located under the building and close to your condo) makes parking a breeze! During spring break and summer, please try to travel in one vehicle if at all possible. All vehicles must display a parking pass on the dash or mirror.

PLEASE NOTE: The Occupancy Limit is 6. Age 25 or older to book. No pets allowed. This is a NO SMOKING property, not even on the balcony. If you are a smoker and intend on smoking at the condo, do not book this property. Smoking is allowed on the sidewalk in front of the building. No parties or large gatherings permitted inside condo. Quiet hours are to be observed. These policies are STRICTLY ENFORCED. Property manager is on-site.

The condo itself was amazing as always. However, I was disappointed in the building and all the issues it had. I have been staying with Tropic winds for multiple vacations, multiple summers in a row. I have never experienced the issues like we had this go around. Pool not working, elevator broke, negative beach service and a railing that was not secured and rattling constantly. It’s seems the property is rundown and headed in a bad direction. 1107 condo wonderful! Beautiful and clean!

Beach Days

The property is perfect for a relaxing stay at the beach. Our adult kids rented a condo a few floors up with their kids- an infant and a preteen. My mother, age 79, came with us. A short walk to the beach, refreshing pool, and a super big hot tub didn’t leave much lacking for our stay. Thanks for a good time!

Patio was amazing, great view! We spent a lot of time on the patio and enjoyed the ocean sounds day and night. Walk to the beach was easy and the chairs and umbrella provided were awesome.

What a wonderful experience! This condo is VERY clean! Communication on check in/out instructions was very clear. The water and weather were perfect this week! The carpet was ideal for my 13 month old grandson. The balcony was our favorite! Very spacious! We would book again, with Gretta, in a heartbeat!

This unit was great. Everything was neat and clean. Beautiful 11th floor view with plenty of balcony seating that fit different times of day. So many positive things to say!

I am always weary of staying at newly listed properties because I thrive on reviews, but this place did not disappoint. The condo itself was immaculate. The view is AMAZING. Kitchen stocked with all the accessories you need with two coffee maker options. Parking on the ground level was super convenient especially since the space is right by the walkway to the beach which meant we didn't have to haul some of the beach essentials upstairs. I do wish the unit came with beachside service, but two chairs are provided in the unit. I would definitely stay here again.

The property was clean and perfect for a relaxing week. The balcony is wonderful with lots of room and the condo is in great condition. We had everything we needed and felt at home. We would definitely stay here again!
