- $200/stay/first pet, $100/stay/second pet, $100/stay/third pet.
- Must be fully house-trained.
- Must be completely cleaned up after.
- Leashed at all times when not in a fenced area.
- Crated indoors when not home with the pet.
- If barking becomes an issue during your stay, alternative arrangements must be made.
- Not allowed on the indoor furniture or the bedding.
⭐ Kindly Note!
- For your peace of mind, surveillance cameras are located around the exterior of the house (located by the front door and overlooking the driveway). No inside cameras.
- Noise monitors inside and outside the house do not record voice or conversation, they only monitor decibels.
- We provide free parking on the premises (our driveway can fit up to 4 medium cars). Kindly DO NOT park on the lawn or street, as per HOA ordinance, cars that are parked on the street or lawn past 11pm will be towed at the guests' expense.
- Guests are responsible for filling the BBQ grill’s propane tank.
- For your comfort, our home is treated quarterly by a professional pest control company. But given our tropical climate, you may still see the occasional bug. Please keep doors and screens closed to help prevent bugs from entering, as no compensation will be provided for any bugs that may come inside.
- Liability/Risk: The hosts/co-hosts are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illness that occurs while ON or OFF the premises while using equipment provided as part of the rental, including but not limited to pool, spas, stairs, or playsets. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises and equipment taken off the premises. This also applies to others whom the guest invites to use the premises or equipment.
- Any unauthorized late check-out will incur a $100/hour charge, due to the cleaning company having to wait, due.
