Podere Follona is idyllically situated in the countryside between Caldana and Vetulonia. The 360 ° beautiful view is unique. Perfect for a vacation to switch off from everyday life. Since this house is also used privately, each apartment is spacious and furnished with charm.
Each apartment is fully equipped and with a large private terrace.
The swimming pool area is accessible to everyone.
Ideal for family vacation, relaxing vacation, culture, sightseeing, sea vacation, excursions, beach vacation, educational trips, near the sea.
A non-asphalted, approx. 3 km long gravel road leads to the house.

Traumhafter Urlaub auf einem einmalig schönen Landgut

Das Appartement und die gesamte Außenanlage haben unsere Erwartungen noch übertroffen. Das Appartement verfügt über eine gemütliche und gute Ausstattung mit Liebe zum Detail. Der Pool und das Aussengelände wurden stets gepflegt. Die Lage zwischen den Olivenhainen ist traumhaft, für alle die Ruhe suchen und mögen. Die Haushälterin vor Ort und die Vermieterin selbst kann man nur ins Herz schließen, sie stehen mit Tipps zur Seite und sind jederzeit ansprechbar. Wir werden wiederkommen!!

Follona ist ein Paradies auf Erden

Wir, eine Familie mit 3 Kindern, waren nun zum 4 x in Follona. Für uns ist es dort der Inbegriff von Urlaub, weil es es so einsam, ruhig, inmitten der Natur ist mit wunderbarer Aussicht und den Luxus eines Pools hat. Dennoch sind Strand, einfache schöne Osterias, das Leben in Castiglione della Pescaia, sehenswerte Weingüter und auch viel Kultur in Massa Maritima, Siena etc. nicht weit. Wir finden dort stets zu uns selbst und zusammen. Wir werden immer wieder kehren in das wunderschöne Paradies.

Traumhafter Urlaub

Wir haben im Juli unseren Urlaub in der Casa Felicita verbracht. Wir haben uns gleich sehr wohl gefühlt, vor allem nach dem freundlichen Empfang. Die Villa ist sehr ruhig und einsam gelegen - Entspannung garantiert. In gut 15 Minuten ist man an den wunderschönsten Stränden. Die Wohnung war sauber und gut ausgestattet, das gesamte Anwesen ist sehr gepflegt. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

Ein Paradies in der Maremma

Podere Follona mit seinen 3 gemütlich eingerichteten und sehr gut ausgestatteten Appartements ist landschaftlich einsam und traumhaft gelegen mit Blicken rundherum auf die toskanische Hügellandschaft mit ihren Olivenbäumen, Weinbergen, Pinien, Steinhäusern etc. Dort lässt es sich wunderbar erholsam den Tag genießen am Pool, den Mahlzeiten unter freiem Himmel, dem Konzert der Grillen und allem, was Urlaub bedeutet. Für uns 5, die wir schon zum 3. Mal dort sind, ist es ein wunderbares Paradies.

Familienurlaub in der Natur

Seher gern sind wir auch ein zweites Mal nach Follona gefahren. Unsere beiden Jungs (6 u. 8 Jahre) haben sich schon weit im Vorfeld darauf gefreut, noch vor dem Frühstück in den Pool springen zu können. Für uns war es wiederum ein schönes Erlebnis die Ruhe, abseits der Touristenzentren, in den Hügeln der Maremmna zu geniessen. Das Apartment wie auch das gesamte Anwesen waren sauber und aufgeräumt, dafür sorgen die Hausangestellten, die fast jeden Tag von der benachbarten Stadt Caldana herüber kommen. Sollte man Fragen oder Probleme vor Ort haben, kann man sich an diese beiden wenden (nur italienisch). Die Zufahrt zur Villa ist eine ca. 2km lange Feldstrasse mit zwei kleinen Bachdurchfahrten. Für unseren VW Sharan kein Problem. Wenn man langsam fährt, kann man besonders in den Abendstunden Vögel, Hasen, Füchse, Dachse, Wildschweine und Rehe beobachten. In der näheren Umgebung gibt es viel zu entdecken, z.B. Naturpark Maremma, Naturstrand Maremma, Ruinen/Ausgrabungen der Etrusker, Thermalquellen usw. Der nächste Supermarkt (Coop) ist in Grilli, nur 10 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Dort gibt es auch ein sehr gutes Restaurant ‘‘Osteria del Mugnaio‘‘. Im Apartment ist ein Ordner mit einer Sammlung von Restaurants und Sehenswürdigkeiten der näheren und entfernteren Umgebung. Zum Strand nach Castiglione della pescaia sind es mit dem Auto ca. 15-20 Minuten. Tipp: Auf dem Weg dorthin, an der Hauptstrasse nach Castiglione, kann man sich gleich frisches Obst und Gemüse, bei den Händlern an der Strasse, für den Strandtag mitnehmen. Alles in allem für uns ein sehr schöner Urlaubsort, den wir Freunden weiter empfohlen haben, mit vielen schönen nachhaltigen Erinnerungen, die mit Sicherheit durch einen weiteren Besuch aufgefrischt werden.

Ein Traum von Toskana

Casa Felicita in Podere Follona ist ein fantastischer Urlaubsort für die ganze Familie oder nur zu zweit. Malerisch gelegen inmitten der Olivenhaine der Maremma, mit Blick auf das benachbarte Weingut. Es sind nur 10 km zu den Stränden bei Grosseto, aber der Pool und das Haus sind so gemütlich und einladend, dass wir das Grundstück kaum verlassen haben - außer um beim nächsten Alimentari Leckereien und Rotwein zu besorgen! Die Anfahrt zum idyllisch abgelegenen Grundstück über Feldwege ist etwas abenteuerlich - aber sobald man Podere Follona erreicht hat, wird man es nie mehr verlassen wollen! 2 Wochen, die wie im Traum vergangen sind

Ruhe pur und tolle Erholung

Wir waren schon zum dritten Mal auf Follona, weil wir die ruhige Einzellage in wunderschöner Landschaft so genießen. Der Erholungswert vor Ort ist groß, durch den Pool muss man auch nicht jeden Tag ans Meer fahren. Berühmte toskanische Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zwar nicht gerade ums Eck, aber wir vermissen das auch nicht - im Gegenteil. Das Meer und die Strände sind traumhaft. Wir werden bestimmt wieder kommen!
