I noticed things that needed attention and brought them up to the property manager who decided to ignore most of my messages asking for things to get fixed… daily normal needs that should be working in the apartment and at the end, after 24 days that I stayed… things were not fixed and I was told by the manager that I demanded too many things, he was rude and didn’t care to give a good service. Both toilet seats were loose/ broken and I had my dad and 3 year old daughter almost falling and the manager couldn’t understand why I was saying that it was a dangerous situation. The microwave was missing the rotating plate making my food explode and heating unevenly. The lock for the sliding door was broken and wouldn’t lock and I was told not to worry because nobody has broken into the apartment. The only knife was not sharp, dishes cracked and pots/pans old and only a few utensils. No oven and no BBQ grill which I was told by the manager in a message that he didn’t know why it was listed in the property. The one shower had no hot water and had to wait days so they could send a plumber. The sink never had hot water. The Tv had 3 remotes with no working batteries and then to find out that you can only watch YouTube, no other channels exist in the service. There was water getting out of the toilet and had to constantly be mopping or find water after a long day out. The first few days the dryer wasn’t working because they were waiting on the gas.
