The property was clean and well stocked. Linens and towels were great. Everything that we needed for our weekend stay was provided. Checkout was a breeze. Thanks so much to our host!
Perfectly Stocked Stay with a Built-In Rooster Alarm!
We really enjoyed our stay! The pictures were spot on, and the home had everything we needed—and then some. Honestly, it’s one of the best-stocked homes I’ve ever stayed in. From kitchenware to bathroom toiletries, everything was thoughtfully provided. Also, a fun bonus: there’s a rooster across the street who takes his wake-up duties very seriously. Who needs an alarm clock when you've got a feathery neighbor on sunrise patrol?
Wonderful place to stay, clean, close to Durham and Chapel Hill. Richard was great to work with responses were fast and accurate. Definitely recommend and we would stay there again.
Property is wonderful and well stocked with everything you might need.

We enjoyed every minute of our stay here. We traveled to NC to celebrate our son's 5th birthday at the museum of life and science and the property was only 11 minutes away from the venue which was perfect. Check in was easy and it was spacious enough to accommodate our family. We enjoyed hanging out on the deck sharing laughs with our family. Thank you so much Richard for making our trip amazing.
Brand new and very comfortable. Lovely welcome basket and plenty of coffee. Thank you for that! Neighborhood is a little sketchy and not super walkable but close drive to everything.
A very welcoming place as our "home away from home"! Very well maintained property with a kitchen this is very thoughtfully equipped for an extended stay!
The house is beautiful and just as pictured. Richard responded to my messages quickly and with lots of details. He also thought of everything that I may have forgotten such as razors, toothbrushes, and body wash. The fridge had some stuff as well. I would absolutely stay here again and would recommend it to my friends and family.
House was very comfortable, lots of room and great deck. One of the most well supplied homes we have stayed in. Owner was wonderful in getting back me when I had questions.
The house was perfect for our needs. The only issue (not a complaint) is the Keurig didn't work. We found the french press to be better for us anyway. And the door would not lock when we left. We followed directions and tried multiple times.
Great home away from home.
Being able to cook breakfast for my Champs! before a long day of Duke Basketball camp was great.
Centrally located to everything you may need. We ate out a few days, did a Wal-Mart run and worried about nothing.
Richard checked in with us to ensure us he was available but we didnt need anything.
The house was fully prepared with backup everything you can think of.
Each kid had their own room with TV to retreat to and unwind in their own way, which helps this parent's peace of mind. Would definitely stay again without a doubt. And will check for next year's camp week unless we need more rooms.
Traveled from Wi to North Carolina for a family wedding. The house was perfect and offered everyone there own space plus plenty of room for us to get together and hang out. Richard is an awesome host
This was the most stocked, clean and accurately describe house I've been in, using VRBO. I only would have liked to have been a bit closer to down town Durham.
The house was as portrayed on the site. We had enough space for my husband and two adult daughters and infant grandson to rest comfortably. We especially liked how well stocked the kitchen pantry and bathroom cabinets were with some food essentials and personal products. The house was conveniently located to downtown Durham and Duke University.
