Welcome to Mermaid Cottage! Picture - Perfect Crescent Beach year - round vacation rental. Meticulously maintained inside and out. Sleeps four. Canopied deck, comfortable open floor interior. Highly recommended!

Mermaid Cottage is cozy, beautiful, immaculate and perfectly located. Gorgeous landscaping and situated on a lovely street, a stone's throw from a scenic, pristine private Crescent Beach. The host is attentive and thinks of and provides for every vacation detail. Expansive vistas of the Bay, sky and Ned's Lighthouse in the distance make for a phenomenal visit to Mermaid Cottage. With choice restaurants nearby and charming historic homes all around, Mermaid Cottage is fully equipped and organized with everything you might possibly need, and then some!

Another wonderful stay!

This was our second stay at the mermaid cottage, and it was just as wonderful as the first time we stayed. The location can't be beat and the cottage is immaculate. We would love to stay again!

Mermaid Haven

A delightful property. Exactly as advertised and then some. Modern kitchen which would be important to some guests. Short walk to the beach and short drive to local eateries. I think it was a small slice of mermaid magic!

Just lovely

This was truly a lovely place to stay. The cottage is beyond adorable, it’s beyond immaculate. Ana had so many touches such as slippers for you, chocolates on your bedside, water bottles by the nightstand and water bottles in the refrigerator, toiletries in the bathroom, it’s absolutely beautifully appointed it’s just exactly where you would want to stay. The listing matches the property perfectly. We enjoyed the table on the deck with the awning and we enjoyed sitting on the front lawn with our dog in the Adirondack chairs. it is literally less than a minute walk to the beach. Beautiful small quiet uncrowded beach. It’s a fabulous place to stay I highly recommend it.

Crisp and clean cottage by the sea

Mermaid cottage is a well appointed and immaculate beach cottage. The light filled family room and master bedroom stayed comfy and cool with the air conditioning and ceiling fans even during a heat wave! My family and I enjoyed morning coffee on the covered front porch. The fantastic beach is just steps aways. There are many beautiful and well maintained walking and biking trails in the area to explore. Ana thought of every possible need for her guests. Lovely bath linens and bath products in the brand new bathroom! I appreciated the amazing coffee maker and well stocked kitchen. My dog also enjoyed her special bed and food dish to make her feel at home. My family and I would love to stay again at Mermaid cottage next year! Truly a gem.

Loved the Mermaid Cottage

This place is absolutely adorable! The Mermaid Cottage was such a comfortable place to spend our vacation at the end of July. So quiet and peaceful and such a short walk to the beach. Because it’s located close to the beach there was a constant breeze that made it so wonderful. We brought our little dogs, and they were very comfortable. A dog bed, towel, bowls, and treats were provided. It was so nice to walk in and see the extra effort made so our dogs felt comfortable. Ana was wonderful and made certain we had everything we needed and was quick to respond to messages. I can’t rave enough about our stay. The locals are so nice and friendly. Great food close by and it was a quick drive to catch the ferry to Marth’s Vineyard and Nantucket. Hope to go back next summer!!!

Beautiful Updated Cottage

We loved staying at The Mermaid Cottage! It was spacious, clean, and beautifully appointed. Also, it's just a short walk to Crescent Beach. Communication with Ana was helpful and instructions were easy to follow. This lovely cottage really made for a wonderful vacation.

Clean, Comfortable and Great Location

Fantastic cottage

Well appointed, immaculate, high end linens & towels. Beach chairs, kayak and grill, covered furnished deck. Air conditioning and stack laundry! Bowl of snacks, bottles of water and bedside chocolates a great touch! Easy walk to private beach with raft and diving board, a seaside gem
