This one bedroom is perfect for a couple's getaway or a small family. Solsun is fully equipped with everything you might need for the perfect vacation on Scenic Hwy 30A. Situated only 528 yards from the beach access in the heart of Seagrove. This lovely cottage features comfy, beach decor. There are flat screen TVs in the living area and bedroom.

Outdoor:
The private oasis includes its own hot tub, propane grill, and patio.

Kitchen:
The home’s kitchen will accommodate the most discerning chef.

Sleeping Spaces:

Bedroom: includes a queen bed, large closet, and smart TV.
Sofa sleeper: living room includes a queen sofa bed
Pack N Play is available for little ones

Family Room:
The living room has a comfy sofa, roku smart TV.

Dining:
Kitchen dining table seats four. And if outdoors is your thing, you can enjoy meals al fresco on the patio around the dining table.

There is something for everyone. From the sandy, white beaches, to the shops and restaurants within walking distance. You can even walk or bike miles of lightly trafficked trails along the beautiful cypress groves. All just steps from the cottage.

There is a main house that adjoins Solsun. Main house residents have their own private entrance. Main house guests do not have access to Solsun hot tub or bicycles.

Included is a starter supply of basic amenities including paper towels, toilet paper, coffee, tea, and spices. You may need to supplement this supply based on individual preferences and usage.

* 5% Discount off nightly rate for stays of at least 7 nights
* Primary Renter Must Upload Government ID
* Renter Identification and background will be checked

* No college Spring breakers
* You must sign our rental agreement

It was a good stay
We like the location, but when got there there was so bugs inside dead. The renters next door were loud and the walls were so thin between us and them they kept us up at night.

Quick Stay
A friend and I came to for a quick weekend stay in Florida for a wedding. Solsun was a perfect location and exactly what we needed. The host was very accommodating, and easy to communicate with. Beach walk is about 8 minutes from the house down to the beach, and there are a lot of restaurant options around the immediate area if you don’t want to drive to Seaside. We didn’t use the hot tub, but it is located pretty close to neighboring house, so not a lot of privacy there. This property is also connected to the main house where others could potentially be staying. The entrance and parking are all separate, so the only time you might notice would be if you heard the other family in the backyard. We weren’t home much, so it wasn’t an issue for us. We would definitely stay at the property again and recommend to our friends!

Cannot say enough great things about this place. The place is super cute, clean, and the location is perfect. It’s close to the public beach access points but off the main street so there’s wonderful privacy and quiet. They provided beach chairs and towels as well as bikes for our use. Walking/biking-distance from tons of restaurants. Loved our stay and will definitely be back!
