The stylish studio has a combined living / dining area with a double bed and a spacious balcony.
Waking up in the bedroom with panoramic windows overlooking the bay of Palmanova will be a unique experience.
A variety of international restaurants, cafés with sunny terraces, shops and other services are just a 5-minute walk from the apartment, so you do not need a car. In addition, there is a walking trail for all ages and different types of activities.
Palmanova is a charming coastal area, an attractive tourist destination with a sandy beach, numerous restaurants and cafes for every taste. Palmanova has an excellent infrastructure with bus stops, taxis, pharmacies and supermarkets within walking distance. Ideal for those who want to give up the car and enjoy the Mediterranean atmosphere.
The shared pool area is at leisure.
The sandy beach is only a few steps (about 200 meters)
All utilities are within walking distance. A bus connection to Palma is located right outside the front door (about 20 minutes). By car you are in about 7 minutes in Palma and in 20 minutes at the airport.
The apartment is suitable for 2 persons and toddler (up to 3 years old)
