The main level of the home features a master suite with a spacious soaking tub perfect for two, along with two additional bedrooms, each with their own vanity and a full bath. The open floor plan seamlessly connects the living, dining, and kitchen areas, complemented by a cozy wood-burning fireplace for chilly evenings.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary gadgets for your family gathering, or take your cooking outdoors to the Pitboss or Blackstone grill for a fun experience.

Upstairs, you'll find a second living area, a dedicated work space, two bedrooms, and another full bath. The outdoor space is perfect for hosting a crawfish boil or fish fry, with plenty of room and cooking utensils available. Extension family getaway

The house, the host, and the neighborhood was perfect!!! Great area of the lake for water activities. The home had everything you need and more. The home and property was super clean. We had 17 of us that ranged from 74 to 3 years old and everyone had space. We would definitely would stay here again!

This place was incredible! We added the mother in law apt and easily slept 16. The home, apt, and boat house were perfect. Great location on lake for skiing, restaurants, and fishing

This place is perfect

I can’t say enough about this place. Plenty to do plenty of space. The host is very helpful and friendly I would stay here again without question. Very roomy home with lots of private space to relax or have a good time.

Best place we've ever booked hands down.

This is an absolutely beautiful property with tons of stuff to do all weekend. Board games, cards, darts, pool, shuffle board, TVs everywhere, fishing off the dock, large deck with tables and chairs...... too much to list but this will be our only place to stay from now on for all of our bigger family gatherings. The pictures will never give you the overall experience this property provides. The communication from the owner was very fast and very helpful. I wish I could give more stars but it earned the most on every catagory from everyone in our party.

This was our second time staying at this beautiful house on the lake. The owner was once again friendly, very helpful and promptly helped us when we had questions. We are hoping to stay there again later this year.

Beautiful home

This home has everything. We had a large group, and there was room for everyone. Jennifer was extremely accommodating and helpful. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, etc., if you plan to cook. We used the propane fryer which was so convenient. Beautiful property. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Location

We enjoyed our stay so much. Being from Louisiana we like to cook and this place had everything we needed to make this stay even better. Pellet grill, 3 way burner and a large griddle, what else does a man from south La need! Plenty of parking for 3 boats and the boathouse was great, with plenty of shade to sit under and relax by the water. We will be back!

Spacious Home with Game Room

Annual Family Vacation. First time group comes to Toledo Bend. Property owners communicated well and met all our needs. Large master bedroom and bath. Lots of room for family visiting and conversations. Back porch is a plus. Dock and ice maker is a bonus!!

Beautiful place

The house and property looks just like the pictures… its beautifully laid out, and in a wonderful area. Everything was just as it should be, and our group of men couldn’t get over how nice it was. Most of them wanted me to see if we could stay another night or two but we had to return to work. They couldn’t believe they could catch fish right there on the property and didn’t have to even go anywhere else. They want me to plan another Man~Up retreat in the fall and see if we can get the house again… WONDERFUL place and we had a GREAT time…

Nice place for large families!

My family and I stayed here for a long weekend. We were a group of 15. We had a nice time! The home is very large/spacious, which we enjoyed and is great for hanging out together in the main living space or on the back porch. The warf is relaxing - I wish there was better fishing for the men, but that's not a big deal for my family! We appreciated the board games and the game room for bonding time. We were a little disappointed that we couldn't really play shuffle board due to not having any sand, as well as having to go to the store mid-cooking for propane refills but those are small complaints. Overall, we had a nice weekend relaxing and just hanging out and moving slow. Thanks for the stay!

What an amazing place! We were a family of 18 and we had plenty of room to enjoy each other’s company and space when we needed it. The beds were super comfortable, the entire place was very clean, and the porch and deck were amazing! We fished off the deck and from the paddle boat, kayaked, listened to music, grilled, played games, etc. The kids had plenty of room in the guest house. There was a washer and dryer in the main house as well as the guest house, which made washing clothes very convenient! There was an ice machine on the deck, which also added to the many levels of convenience this place offers. We truly had an amazing time and none of us were ready to leave. Highly recommended! A true home away from home

This house feels like your home with every amenity you could think of or want. We enjoyed the spaciousness of the home with rooms to fit all of our crew. The kitchen had all the little extras we needed. The back porch and deck near water was so very comfortable and clean and well shaded. Tvs everywhere so we didn’t miss any of the LSU games with access to Netflix, Hulu, prime and Disney+ especially when the heat climbed and we wanted to relax. The upstairs queen mattress was our young couple’s only negative and The back door was very tricky to lock, and we still aren’t sure why the trash wasn’t picked up. We will be back to this house for sure! Can’t say enough about how great this house was and the owner was very quick to answer questions.

Toledo Bend Lakeside Luxury

Our group had nothing but good things to say about this upscale lakefront property on Toledo Bend. Our host communicated well throughout the process and there were absolutely no issues with the house, which was clean, well appointed and appealing. The use of the pellet grill on the spacious back patio overlooking the lake and K-Cup coffee maker were well appreciated.

Excellent VRBO on the lake

My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The house is beautiful. There were 10 adults and 1 teenager in the group. It never felt crowded, as there is plenty of space. The basement is more of a hangout with a pool table, darts, tv, and bar. There are 2 bedrooms in the upstairs with additional sitting area. The main floor has 3 bedrooms and a very large living room area. My favorite was sitting outside on the back porch. We had great weather and sat outside most of the time. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils/ pots and pans. We were able to tie off 3 boats behind the house. There is a boat ramp very close to the house. We will not hesitate to stay here again in the future. Thank-you Jennifer and Dusty for letting us stay in your wonderful home.

One of the best places we’ve stayed!

From the mornings on the boat dock, to the evenings watch football in the downstairs man cave… this place had everything! Also, the wife enjoyed the master bathtub!
