The exclusive holiday apartments in the villas of the newly developed BeachBay holiday area are nestled in the beautiful dune landscape on the Priwall in Travemünde. The high-quality, beach house-style dune villas are in a quiet location behind the promenade villas. From here, it's just a short walk to the sandy beach, the marina and the promenade.



Both bedrooms are furnished with a cosy double bed. You will find another sleeping option in the living area. Here, the sofa bed offers space for two more people. A private wellness oasis with underfloor heating and steam bath with rain shower awaits you in the bathroom. End a stormy day by the sea here and enjoy the comfort of the facilities. The bioethanol fireplace, which creates a cosy ambience in the living room, is also ideal for this.



The spacious, covered terrace is equipped with garden furniture. Here you can enjoy the fresh sea air and the view of the landscaped dunes. In the kitchen, coffee lovers will find a Nespresso machine (please bring your own capsules), as well as a thermos flask and hand filter for brewing your own coffee if you prefer the classic filter coffee.



All registered holiday guests of this NOVASOL property receive one free entry to the swimming pool of the a-ja in Travemünde per stay. When using this offer, the one-off return journey on the ferry across the River Trave is included (only in conjunction with admission to the swimming pool). You will receive more information with your hire documents or from the service staff on site.



The BeachBay offers you both gastronomic variety and countless leisure activities. You will find restaurants and shops in the market hall. The Ahoi by Steffen Henssler restaurant is located directly on the waterfront, while other bars, cafés and an ice cream parlour on the promenade round off the offer. In addition to playgrounds, bike hire, the Ostseestation (aquarium and Baltic Sea exhibition) and the Passat museum ship, the BayCenter also offers fun and games for the whole family. Admission to the "BayCenter" with black light mini golf, adventure golf, 600 m² indoor playground, Lazermaze, teeny club etc. is already included for NOVASOL guests.



The Priwall is an approximately three kilometre long peninsula between the Baltic Sea and the Trave in the east of Schleswig-Holstein and has belonged to Lübeck since 1226. Beach fun, swimming, water sports and adventure right on the doorstep of your holiday home.

Tolle Umgebung und auch tolle Wohnung, leider mit schlechtem Service
Der Priwall ist eine wunderschöne Umgebung. Gerade für Kinder ist sehr viel tolles vorhanden. Es gibt den nicht überfüllten langen Sandstrand. Eine Spielescheune mit Minigolf, Schwarzlichtgolf und Lasermaze im Preis inkludiert. Man kommt sehr einfach mit den Fähren rüber nach Travemünde. Mehrfach in der Woche gibt es am Jachthafen Abends Livemusik. Die Kinder können parallel auf dem (Wasser-) Spielplatz spielen und die Eltern holen sich einen Cocktail an der Hotelbar. So weit, so hochpreisig (bei guter Qualität). Ein toller Urlaub. ABER: Novasol als Anbieter ist leider aus Sicht der Service als Mangelhaft zu bewerten: 1. Das versprochene WLAN in der Wohnung hat den gesamten Urlaub nicht funktioniert. Auf Nachfrage wurde auf den lokalen Netzbetreiber verwiesen und erst nach nochmaliger Nachfrage (und > 45 min Warteschleife in der Service Leitung von Novasol) wurde eine finanzielle Kompensation angeboten. 2. Während des Aufenthalts ist in der Wohnung das Dampfbad und der Herd kaputtgegangen. Es waren Hausmeister vor Ort, die nichts reparieren oder tauschen konnten. Sie sagten, dass sie für beide Dinge Experten bestellen, die schnellstmöglich kommen und die Probleme beheben. Bis zum Ende unseres Urlaubs ist nichts davon passiert. Beim Checkout am letzten Tag, sagte uns die Dame, dass bei der Wohnung die Mängel nicht dokumentiert seien (was mir 2 Tage zuvor an gleich Stelle von einem anderen Mitarbeiter aber bestätigt wurde). Laßt euch also besser alles schriftlich geben.

Urlaub ok...
Unsere Wohnung war richtig toll, aber uns hat der Ort nicht so gut gefallen... Wir haben es dort eher „schmuddelig/schmutzig“ empfunden (lag nicht an der Baustelle, das wussten wir ja vorher)! Außerdem startete unser Urlaub mit einem Park-Knöllchen direkt bei der Anmeldung... Es standen ganz viele Autos an der Straße, wir haben uns da nichts bei gedacht und den letzten Platz ergattert... Es war sehr voll bei der Anmeldung ! Zurück am Auto klebte dann schon ein Zahlschein, kein schöner Start für den Urlaub... Auch der Strand hat uns leider nicht gefallen! In Travemünde lagen überall stinkende Algenhaufen... Kein Vergleich zu den super sauberen Stränden an der holländischen Nordseeküste...
