Spend your holiday in this luxurious penthouse apartment in the BeachBay holiday area. Here on the Priwall in Travemünde, the dune villas are nestled in nature and live up to their name. The view of the beach grass and the sand dune landscape is unique. The exclusive penthouses extend over the 2nd floor of the beach house-style villa.



The highlight of the penthouse is the spacious 42 square metre roof terrace, which offers a wonderful place in the sun. Here you can enjoy meals together or simply relax. Two loungers and additional garden furniture are at your disposal.



The rooms have been designed with lots of wood and glass and in light colours, and the high-quality furniture has been perfectly coordinated. The three bedrooms are each furnished with a spacious double bed. There is also a sofa bed for two more people in the living area. One of the bedrooms leads directly into the bathroom. Here you can enjoy the unique view from the whirlpool or the double rain shower. The private sauna in the second bathroom is the perfect place to relax. The bioethanol fireplace bathes the living room in a cosy light.



A large digital entertainment package and four flatscreen TVs are available. In the kitchen, coffee lovers will find a Nespresso machine (please bring your own capsules), as well as a thermos flask and hand filter for brewing your own coffee if you prefer the classic filter coffee.



The charming dune villas are in a quiet location behind the promenade villas. From here, it's just a short walk to the sandy beach, the marina and the promenade. Enjoy the fresh Baltic Sea air and the view of the landscaped dunes. As a special feature, you can borrow binoculars from reception to observe the variety of bird species in the area.



All registered holiday guests at this NOVASOL property receive one free entry to the swimming pool at the a-ja in Travemünde per stay. When using this offer, the one-off return journey on the ferry across the River Trave is included (only in conjunction with admission to the swimming pool). You will receive more information with your hire documents or from the service staff on site.



The BeachBay offers you both gastronomic variety and countless leisure activities. You will find restaurants and shops in the market hall. The Ahoi by Steffen Henssler restaurant is located directly on the waterfront, while other bars, cafés and an ice cream parlour on the promenade round off the offer. In addition to playgrounds, bike hire, the Ostseestation (aquarium and Baltic Sea exhibition) and the Passat museum ship, the BayCenter also offers fun and games for the whole family. Admission to the "BayCenter" with black light mini golf, adventure golf, 600 m² indoor playground, Lazermaze, teeny club etc. is already included for NOVASOL guests.



The Priwall is an approximately three kilometre long peninsula between the Baltic Sea and the Trave in the east of Schleswig-Holstein and has belonged to Lübeck since 1226. Beach fun, swimming, water sports and adventure right on the doorstep of your holiday home.

Baustelle am Haus. Keiner fühlte sich zuständig. Zugesagte Rückzahlung von 20% als Entschädigung Bauch 4 Wochen noch nicht erhalten. Nicht empfehlenswert

Durchwachsen

Wir haben die Wohnung über Weihnachten gebucht. Am Check-In wurden wir freundlich empfangen und eine Checkout Zeit von 11:00 statt 10:00 Uhr zugesichert. Die Wohnung selbst war soweit gepflegt und okay eingerichtet. Leider alles etwas steril und nicht unbedingt gemütlich. Ausreichend Geschirr und Besteck vorhanden (wie so oft in Ferienwohnungen leider mit stumpfen Messern. Ein Wetzstahl für 7,50€ hilft, liebe Vermieter). Whirlpool, Sauna und Dampfbad waren sehr schön, jedoch die zahlreichen Silberfische überall lassen uns etwas an der gründlichen Reinigung zweifeln, die mit über 150€ extra zu Buche schlug. Das man bei dem Gesamtpreis von über 250€/pro Tag Handtücher und Bettwäsche extra berechnet finden wir nicht angemessen. Die Location im Passathafen hat uns gut gefallen. Auch die Geschäfte in der vorderen Reihe waren ansprechend und preislich im Rahmen. Die Checkout-Erfahrung am 1. Weihnachtsfeiertag war leider negativ. Einem freundlichen "Frohe Weihnachten!" wurde nur ein patziges "Die Checkoutzeit ist 10:00 Uhr!" entgegnet. Mein Einwand, dass die Kollegin uns eine Extra-Stunde zugesagt habe, wurde nur zur Seite gewischt. Ärgerlich. Alles zusammengefasst eben ein durchwachsenes Erlebnis. Da gibt es auf dieser Plattform private Gastgeber, die wesentlich engagierter sind und denen wir bei der nächsten Reise wieder den Vorzug geben werden.

Dusche und Geschirr waren nicht sauber, ausserdem für 8 Personen nicht ausreichend.So mussten wir leider jeden Tag den Geschirrspüler betaetigen. Sehr hellhörig, mit dem Müll muss man weit zu den Containern laufen.
