Owner managed, pristine 3Br/2Ba condo at River Stone Resort & Spa in the Smoky Mountains. Take a break from the crowds while enjoying the heated lazy river, indoor pool, kids bounce pillow, fitness center and the Little Pigeon Nature Trail. You will love our well-equipped kitchen, down to the cooler for your family outings! Get the perfect night's sleep in our dreamy bedrooms with blackout curtains and plush bedding. Our top duvet covers are freshly laundered for each new guest, we do not re-use unwashed comforters.

We provide individually wrapped coffee packs for brewing your first couple pots of coffee and a mixture of coffee and tea K-Cups to get you started. We also provide PLENTY of freshly laundered bath towels and wash cloths. Oversized pool towels, a starter roll of paper towels and starter rolls of toilet paper are also provided.

Our condo features new mattresses, bedding, living room furniture, kitchenware, dinnerware, small appliances, dishwasher, washer/dryer and two 55" Smart TV's.

Wonderful condo

The location of the condo was perfect. I was skeptical about it being a bottom unit but there still was a nice view of the golf course and the unit was extremely quiet. The condo was spotless when we arrived and the owner was friendly and very easy to contact if needed. We will definitely be staying here again.

Close to everything

We have stayed in this complex numerous times over the years. This condo in particular is beautiful. Furnished with every kitchen gadget imaginable. Luxurious towels and linens also. Comfy beds. Has coffee, detergent, soaps etc. parking is great. Just a short walk to pool and hot tub. We do not like to stay in mountain cabins because if it snows, it is almost impossible to get there. This place is about a block off the parkway, so if it snows, you are good!! Also, you can take a back road and avoid most of the crowded parkway. This place is definitely worth it!!

Even Better in Person!

This place looks absolutely incredible in person - the whole family was impressed with the condo's cleanliness, design, amenities, and luxurious feel. It was so nice we ended up booking another night! Not to mention that the host was on top of responding to texts and accommodated our request to check in early. After getting there, we quickly noticed that this location was the best in the area! I would definitely stay again and recommend it to anyone looking to stay in the Dollywood/ Downtown Gatlinburg area.

Fantastic condo

The resort was beautiful. Really appreciated the easy check in, elevators, available luggage carts and the underground parking. The owners gave clear directions for location of condo and easy access code. This condo was beautifully furnished and decorated. Very clean and well stocked, including towels, bathroom hand soap, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner and hand lotion, just like a first class hotel. The kitchen had everything needed to prepare meals which we did a few times during our 4 night stay. Would definitely stay there again.

Peaceful Family Retreat

This Riverstone Resort condo was the perfect home base for our family's week exploring the Smoky Mountains/Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg area. Communication with our hostess, Autumn, was seamless and she was very accommodating when we needed to shift our stay dates due to a death in the family. A sweet note and breakfast sweets greeted us on our arrival. The condo was spotless and tastefully decorated with luxurious bedding, comfortable beds, plush towels, and room darkening shades. Loved that there were pool towels and even a small cooler. The three bedrooms and ample seating allowed our family of 6 to spread out and relax. We loved that there was enough seating on the porch for us all to play games and eat together. The lazy river was a fun nightly activity after a day of adventures and the kids enjoyed watching the golfers. So much so, we never even turned on the tv's. We did not use the pool, but it looked lovely with the sliding doors open to let the breezes flow through. The resort location was just perfect...minutes from Dollywood, attractions and dining options, although the stocked kitchen made it easy to prepare meals at the condo. The condo is on the first floor, but we never heard a sound above us. We love to travel and we have stayed at many different places-at some point during the week each child remarked how this was one of their favorite places we've ever stayed-high praise indeed! Thank you, Autumn, for creating such a peaceful retreat!

This is our second stay at this unit. The condo is very clean and well maintained. It is comfortable and quiet at night. It has everything you need for a great Pigeon Forge vacation!

Beautiful, modern, comfortable

This condo was beautiful - even better than I imagined from the pictures! It is very spacious, very clean & well kept, the kitchen was fully stocked with every kind of utensil for cooking. The master bath was HUGE and the walk-in closet could have been an extra bedroom on its own. We loved the big patio that looked out onto the golf course. My kids spent every evening in the lazy river - even in the rain - because it is heated so we all loved it. There were pool towels in the appartment which was great. Dollywood is just a few minutes down the road. We got fresh, hot coffee from the lobby every morning & evening which was also very nice. My kids were begging me to stay for 2 more days & I would have loved to, but we had to go home. I will definitely book the entire week next time. Thanks for a lovely stay!

Great Condo in Pigeon Forge

We travel a lot and have stayed many places in Pigeon Forge, this place was by far our favorite! The condo was very clean, easy to access (1st floor), great golf course view and resort had great amenities that were family friendly. Also, the location was perfect and central to everything Pigeon Forge has to offer! We will definitely be back!

Perfect family condo with a great location

The condo was a perfect setup for our family of six plus grandparents. Everything was very comfortable and made our stay very enjoyable. The condo is very close to Dollywood and most of the attractions. We enjoyed the indoor pool and the jump pillow. Unfortunately, the outdoor lazy river wasn’t open during the last week of March. Everyone loved getting coffee, tea and hot cocoa in the clubhouse each morning!

Christmas family time

Property is great with plenty of space and bedrooms. Amenities were on site to start your stay which was great when arriving later then expected. Location great to everything. Would love to have been there in summer to enjoy the pool. Only draw back is parking is terrible with not enough spaces for everyone so sometimes you find yourself parking 4 or 5 buildings away.

Hi, my name is Autumn, I grew up and currently live in Cleveland, Tennessee. My husband and I have two beautiful daughters and one of our favorite things to do as a family is to travel. We love our home in the Smokies and are excited to share it with you.

Why they chose this property

My husband and I both grew up spending time in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. We have continued that tradition with our kids and they have fell in love with the area. When considering a second home, we definitely wanted it to be in the Smokies. We chose this specific property because we have stayed at many, highly rated properties in the area but Riverstone Resort and Spa has always been our favorite. The amenities at this resort are first class and the grounds are immaculately kept. The management of this resort is as detailed as we are, it is a great match!

What makes this property unique

My goal is for you to feel relaxed the moment you enter our home. We have included all of our favorite amenities from our travels. Our beds are freshly prepared for each arrival, our top duvet covers are also laundered for each new guest we host, we do not re-use unwashed comforters.
