The Suites at Lava Hot Springs are wonderful hotel-like accommodations, lovingly restored in a charming historic building, in the heart of the downtown core at Lava Hot Springs.* This charming apartment like unit sleeps 8 and offers 2 bedrooms with a queen bed in each. The living room provides 2 pullout queen size sofa sleepers and cable TV. The full size fridge and kitchen are a guest favorite. The private bathrooms include a hairdryer and a bathtub/shower combo. This room is the perfect place for enjoying Lava Hot Springs and its World Famous Hot Pools, floating the Portneuf River or playing in the Olympic Pool with slides. A number of restaurants, shops, and bars can be reached within 5 minutes walk of Lava Hot Springs Suites.

*Please note: After booking your suite- expect an additional email from our booking platform, "OwnerRez " to complete your renters agreement and put into place your security hold ($200 in case of incidentals, that is released 3 days after your stay)

**Quick update: We love full transparency and as you may know, we have been closed this spring due to the roof collapse of our neighbor, The Blue Moon Bar. Despite sharing a wall with them, The Suites have faired very well. However, the safety of our guests is always at the forefront of our minds and we have been closed while awaiting structural engineering reports for internal reinforcements to be generated. As the timeline for the demolition of the Blue Moon Bar is still undetermined, it is imperative that you stay off of the Blue Moons' property during your stay. We have set a tentative reopening date of June 23, 2023, and are so excited to continue to serve the wonderful guests at The Suites for years to come.

Well priced and good location

Walking distance from the hot springs was awesome, just be aware that one of the bedrooms doesn't have any windows and can trigger some claustrophobia if that is something you are sensitive to. Also the bar next door can be heard until about 12 each night playing music.

Great place and easy to get to!

Everything went perfect from the beginning through the end. The place was roomy, clean, and easy to find. We enjoyed our stay!

Great location in this cool little town. A couple of things on the property need to ba addressed. Just a little maintenance. This property feels like it is being updated.

We are a young family of 6. Our family has always enjoyed going on outdoor adventures. For the past few years we have explored various National Parks. Lava Hot Springs is one of the Hidden Gems that we fell in love with along the way.

Why they chose this property

Although being natives to southeast Idaho we didn't become enamored with Lava Hot Springs until searching for a family cabin. We happened to come across this building and thought it wasn't quite a cabin but we could see making and sharing many memories with our family and friends here.

What makes this property unique

Everything is walkable from here. Multiple restaurants are within a block of this property. Full size kitchens/fridges are a guest favorite. Pool towels are available in each unit as well.
