Drive up to the only house on our tiny street and have your on secluded paradise. This home has all the charm you expect in a 1929 home. Two balconies for you to enjoy the fabulous views and soaring eagles. Vaulted ceilings in the formal living room with a grand piano if you play. Wood paneled ceilings in the dining room and den. Retro and original tile in bathrooms and kitchen. Gas top stove and instant hot water in the kitchen. Cable TV with casting capabilities and reliable wireless internet. Space for parking at least two cars. 3 miles to downtown BH dining and shopping, 5 miles to the valley, 7 miles to the Sunset strip, 25 minutes to the beach. A perfectly central location.
