Sleep comfortably on a couch with a professional sleeping function, equipped with a real stable bed frame and comfort gel mattress. On the 1.40 x 2.00 meter bed there is enough space for a restful sleep of two people.
With two simple steps you can turn two office tables into a large, cozy dining area. For longer stays, all facilities and equipment for housekeeping.
The apartment is located in a residential area in a quiet location. Public transport and shops are within walking distance. If you want to explore the Ruhr area, there is a connection to the main traffic artery of the Ruhr area (A 40). In the area there is an outdoor swimming pool, the musical Starlight Express and a large shopping center.
Enjoy the time in our apartment like a blossoming magnolia tree. :-)
