Thirty minutes from the Salt Lake City airport, our Alpine Lodge, offered by StayLuxe Properties, is perfectly situated across the street from Park City Mountain Silver Star lift (we don't know when this lift will or will not be operating; this is determined by Park City Mountain Resort) and overlooks the beautiful Park City Golf Course, which offers scenic cross-country ski trails in the winter months and world-class golfing in the summer. If you enjoy amazing snow skiing and winter activities like snowmobiling, tubing, and sleigh rides, or you love to hike, bike and golf, our condo will spoil you with exceptional access to numerous trails and resorts. Be sure to try Iron Mountain for hiking, with its quick, steep trail and amazing lookout spot at the top. Crescent Mine Grade offers a longer easier stroll up the mountain, and the McLeod Creek trail is great for biking as it meanders through the city. Park City Mountain, Canyons Village, Utah Olympic Park, and Woodward offer activities nearly year-round. Challenge yourself to a zip line, ropes course, downhill tubing, bobsledding, alpine coaster, parkour, or a jump off the practice ski jumps into a pool. You are sure to enjoy outdoor concerts, and dining alfresco at world-class restaurants downtown, and we highly recommend the Silver Star Cafe, right across the street from the condo. For those visiting in the summer, Park Silly Sunday Market and the Kimball Arts Festival are sure to delight.

IMPORTANT:
1) Our properties are protected by a mandatory Damage Waiver as well as Know Your Guest, a provider of host and property insurance. Your paid reservation includes a non-refundable damage waiver per our contract with the private owner of the home. Be sure to review the specifics of this protection in the Rental Agreement. Upon your completed booking, you will receive a link via text (and Airbnb, if booked there) to complete your Know Your Guest verification and sign your Rental Agreement. Please note that the verification process will require that you take a photo of the front only of a government-issued ID followed by a selfie for comparison. This process protects you and our homeowner partner and must be completed before your check-in date, as we cannot offer access to our home without having these in place with your reservation. Once you have completed these steps, you will also gain access to your digital Guest Guidebook.
2) Any guest staying with us for 14 nights or more is required to schedule and pay for a mid-stay clean. The cost for this cleaning is equal to the departure clean.
3) WE DO NOT ALLOW GATHERINGS, EVENTS, OR PARTIES IN OUR HOME. SHOULD YOU HOST ANY OF THESE WHILE STAYING WITH US, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING AN ADDITIONAL CLEANING FEE AND/OR FOR ANY DAMAGES TO THE HOME. YOU ALSO RISK BEING EVICTED WITHOUT REFUND.
