The open roof truss gives the apartment together with the large picture window the special cottage atmosphere. Traditional Bavarian furniture - handmade by the carpenter on site, wooden floor and a fully equipped country house kitchen complete the special claim of the apartment. From the large covered balcony, which is fully furnished, you have a magnificent view of the Unterberg and the Kaisergebirge and can enjoy the sun to the fullest. You can take wonderful walks in the area directly from the house, and in winter there is a groomed hiking trail right behind our house. The trail entrance is also just a 'Steinbocksprung' away. Our little Alpenglück is located in a central, sunny location about 5 minutes walk from the center of Reit im Winkl. An Edeka supermarket and bakery can be easily reached on foot in just 150 m. The festival hall with a very good Bavarian restaurant and family service is directly opposite. For stays of less than 7 nights, there is a final cleaning fee of € 90.00, which must be paid together with the deposit.
