SunLounger|3BR/2BA Beachfront Retreat
Welcome to The SunLounger of St. Augustine Beach! Fit 6 people in this spacious 3BR/2BA condo that is a 30-second walk to our beautiful white sand beach and a 10-second walk to two massive pools with cabana, chaise lounges, and umbrellas. Effortlessly enjoy relaxation at the beach, lounge all day in the sun at the sparkling clear pools, or drive 12-mins to downtown St. Augustine to explore the hottest restaurants, bars, and historical sites.
** Notice (3/5): The condominium HOA has just informed that a team of contractors was hired to do exterior work to the property that will be affecting the back patio of the unit from March 10 – March 31.
Unfortunately, the back patio looking eastward towards the beach will not be able to be used during these repairs. Access to the beach and the pools will be available during the repairs. The repairs will begin on the 1st floor, unit 108 and work its way up to 408 from what I am being told.
We know with the work that is being completed that there could be construction noise throughout the building during normal business hours (8am – 5pm. No work on weekends).
At this time, we would like to give you the option to receive a 50% discount of the nightly rate if your reservation is affected by the construction. **
