Loud Neighbors

My wife did not feel safe. There was a junked pickup truck parked on the lawn of the attached unit. The neighbors next door were hanging out outside late into the night. There was a noticeable odor of marijuana in the air as we entered and exited the unit. In the morning several people were riding motorized mini bikes up and down the street a little earlier than we thought appropriate. The inside was roomy enough and the bed was comfortable. We didn't use the backyard area but walked outside to throw out the trash and it didn't look as inviting as in the pictures. Lawn didn't look kept up and the pavers needed a cleaning.

Beach Nighmare

First and foremost this property was misrepresented. It was not noted that it was a duplex!! Pictures were only on the side of the rental. When we arrived we were shocked. The street was filled with liter and abandoned homes as well as furniture left on lawns. Specifically our neighbors abandoned truck was on the lawn being used as storage. As two seniors we never felt safe. At night different vehicles would come and go. There was heavy use of marijana and very loud noise, not allowing us to watch tv in the front room. As well as people and motorbikes would drive across our front yard. Found the host to be unresponsive. During our stay the ring door entry failed to operate and we found ourselves locked out until we contacted the host. She said there was a key under the mat which we could "temporarily" use and she would send someone to replace the battery. This never happened making us feel less safe. If we would score this property, we would give it a 0 out of 10.Stay away!!

Not so good, not so bad

3 adults, two bedrooms, one bathroom - towels, in the kitchen everything what you need. Location - 5 min by car to the Stuart beach, thats great. Only one thing - house Is pet friendly (I love animals, and also have pet at home) Most of the space in this house smells like a wet dog. Really great smell and I am sure it was from pets from the carpet or furniture. Its really pity, because this fact greatly affected the feeling of comfort. I dont know what to think about it..
