WELCOME TO COFFEE POT COTTAGE!

Coffee Pot Cottage is a premium vacation rental property in a premiere location just steps away from the trail system. It is a quaint, super-clean southwestern 1,000 sf private residence located on Soldiers Pass Road in Sedona, adjacent to one of Sedona's most exclusive neighborhoods. Numerous walking and mountain biking trails may be accessed close to the cottage. Relax in the hot tub or on the three secluded patios of the fully-enclosed, south-facing yard and be mesmerized by the surrounding red rock views of Coffee Pot Rock, Thunder Mountain, Sugar Loaf Mountain, the Sphinx, Brin's Mesa, Tea Pot, Shark Fin, Munds Mountain and more.

Inside, enjoy the bright, cozy, clean, modern living space, featuring a high-end kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, a comfortable living room with leather loveseat and chair, wireless, high-speed internet (wi-fi), gas log fireplace and flat screen TV. The master bedroom has a queen bed with memory foam mattress, and the second bedroom is furnished with a twin bed with memory foam mattress. For your comfort there's a selection of pillow types to choose from, including memory foam, feather or polyester. The master bathroom includes a tub/shower combination. There's also a rear sun/yoga room with comfy seating and two yoga mats. A stacked washer and dryer is also available for your convenience.

The cottage is located close to numerous trails, making it the ideal base camp for day hiking or mountain biking. It's also within walking distance of restaurants, shopping, Whole Foods, and more, approximately 1.7 miles from the front door! Walk the trails to the Sedona City pool and Posse Grounds activity area, including tennis/pickleball courts, about one mile away. A parking pass for Sedona-area trails is provided to our guests for use during their stay (not valid at Federal or State parks).

Coffee Pot Cottage is perfect for a short getaway, longer vacations, or for an extended trip while working remote. Convenient parking for up to two vehicles is provided on the private driveway.

Beautiful house in an exceptional neighborhood. Far enough removed from central Sedona that you feel secluded and can avoid most of the town's traffic. You can walk to Soldiers Pass Trailhead. Will repeat next year.

Everything you need steps away from trails!

Beautiful property with everything you need, relaxing, and isolated from the noise of town and neighbors. Walked to several trails from the house and avoided most shuttles and parking lots, which was amazing! Gorgeous views. We loved it!

Great location. Quiet and beautiful neighborhood. Secluded but easy access to trails. Cozy home in the winter due to fire place and heater on the sun porch but bring thick socks or slippers for the cold tile floors.

BEAUTIFUL, CLEAN, GREAT LOCATION

My husband and I stayed here for our 15 year anniversary trip. It was our first time to Sedona and one of the things I loved best about this property was the organization of the host-Jared. Complete binder with suggestions of places to go, trails to do, restaurants, and more. Communication was excellent and not over board. The hot tub jacuzzi was a perfect addition and clean as well. Walking distance to Soldiers Pass. And great drivable distance to many other trails. Jared also called at the end to connect which was a nice personal touch. We will definitely be recommending this property to family and friends and hope to visit again ourselves.

Everything about this property is top notch. There are multiple areas to sit outside and enjoy the views. The hot tub was great after long days of hiking. The kitchen is beautiful and has everything you need. The home is immaculate and we loved every minute of our stay!

If you prefer small private space to large hotels, the Coffee Pot cottage will be ideal for you. We loved the convenience of being walking distance from the Soldier's Pass trail - and the comfortable bed and quiet neighborhood.

Great Sedona rental property!

Great home to stay in close to Sedona. Very clean, great kitchen and living room area, perfect yard and hot tub, close to shopping, spectacular hiking trails a 5 minute walk away! I have zero complaints and will be staying there again. I would highly recommend renting it to anyone

This was a great property with first class amenities! The location was within easy walking distance to hiking trails. Grocery and restaurants just a few minutes away. The property was very private and with great views of the red rocks. We would definitely come back to this property if we are back in Sedona.

Relaxing in Sedona

We were looking for somewhere private to relax for a few days. Coffee pot cottage was perfect for that. The hiking trails are so close and the hot tub is great. We ordered mobile massages at the rental and that was amazing as well. We were very happy with all the outdoor seating options and comfortable furniture inside. Thank you!

Sedona experience

This is our first visit to Sedona. We love exploring the outdoors whether it be hiking or off roading. The property we stayed at was amazing. It was very nicely furnished. We watching the hummingbirds in the mornings and the bats in the evenings. Very relaxing which was much needed.

Awesome!!!

What a perfect property for me and wife. We were celebrating our 44th wedding anniversary in Sedona (1st time). Our stay could not have been better. The house was very clean when we arrived. It is perfectly located for us to do the hiking which we did everyday by walking the short walk to the Soldier Pass trailhead. We loved the spa especially after those long hikes. At night we would sit in those chairs in the picture of the property and just take in the beauty around us. Amazing so thank you Jared for making our trip perfect.

The cottage is in a lush wooded location. The breathtaking view (which it is) is only seen well from the front outdoor yard. Location and its amenities were very adequate.

Great view and location!

If you like to hike you can't beat the location of this cozy home located less than a mile from the entrance to Soldier's Pass hiking trail. There is a wonderful view of Coffee Pot Rock from the front patio and a relaxing more distant view of the mountains from the back patio. The site was perfectly utilized for maximum views. Only a short walk towards 89a is a lovely local path that opens to many wonderful views of the red hills of Sedona. This walk is mostly flat with gentle rises as you walk around some of the local dog park and park facilities. Just one stop light away is the local Whole Foods grocery store and a few local shops and restaurant. You are within 10 minutes of the more touristy areas of Sedona and only 2 stop lights away from the local airport viewing of sunsets. The home itself has quality beds and couches. None of the sometimes typical left over furniture that is only somewhat comfortable that you can find in these types of rentals. If I knew the brand of the foam style queen bed I would buy one for my home as I slept cool and comfortable. The lovely screened in porch is great for yoga on the included mats and provides a lovely place to relax.The bathroom is adequate.There is a wall cabinet and a low shelf beneath the sink for toiletries but the room could use a bit more storage space for toiletries.The kitchen is beautiful and has great coffee and tea appliances but it does lack some basic pots (like a large pasta pot). Overall a great place!
