WELCOME TO COFFEE POT COTTAGE!

Coffee Pot Cottage is a premium vacation rental property in a premiere location just steps away from the trail system. It is a quaint, super-clean southwestern 1,000 sf private residence located on Soldiers Pass Road in Sedona, adjacent to one of Sedona's most exclusive neighborhoods. Numerous walking and mountain biking trails may be accessed close to the cottage. Relax in the hot tub or on the three secluded patios of the fully-enclosed, south-facing yard and be mesmerized by the surrounding red rock views of Coffee Pot Rock, Thunder Mountain, Sugar Loaf Mountain, the Sphinx, Brin's Mesa, Tea Pot, Shark Fin, Munds Mountain and more.

Inside, enjoy the bright, cozy, clean, modern living space, featuring a high-end kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, a comfortable living room with leather loveseat and chair, wireless, high-speed internet (wi-fi), gas log fireplace and flat screen TV. The master bedroom has a queen bed with memory foam mattress, and the second bedroom is furnished with a twin bed with memory foam mattress. For your comfort there's a selection of pillow types to choose from, including memory foam, feather or polyester. The master bathroom includes a tub/shower combination. There's also a rear sun/yoga room with comfy seating and two yoga mats. A stacked washer and dryer is also available for your convenience.

The cottage is located close to numerous trails, making it the ideal base camp for day hiking or mountain biking. It's also within walking distance of restaurants, shopping, Whole Foods, and more, approximately 1.7 miles from the front door! Walk the trails to the Sedona City pool and Posse Grounds activity area, including tennis/pickleball courts, about one mile away. A parking pass for Sedona-area trails is provided to our guests for use during their stay (not valid at Federal or State parks).

Coffee Pot Cottage is perfect for a short getaway, longer vacations, or for an extended trip while working remote. Convenient parking for up to two vehicles is provided on the private driveway.

Awesome!!!

What a perfect property for me and wife. We were celebrating our 44th wedding anniversary in Sedona (1st time). Our stay could not have been better. The house was very clean when we arrived. It is perfectly located for us to do the hiking which we did everyday by walking the short walk to the Soldier Pass trailhead. We loved the spa especially after those long hikes. At night we would sit in those chairs in the picture of the property and just take in the beauty around us. Amazing so thank you Jared for making our trip perfect.

The cottage is in a lush wooded location. The breathtaking view (which it is) is only seen well from the front outdoor yard. Location and its amenities were very adequate.

Great view and location!

If you like to hike you can't beat the location of this cozy home located less than a mile from the entrance to Soldier's Pass hiking trail. There is a wonderful view of Coffee Pot Rock from the front patio and a relaxing more distant view of the mountains from the back patio. The site was perfectly utilized for maximum views. Only a short walk towards 89a is a lovely local path that opens to many wonderful views of the red hills of Sedona. This walk is mostly flat with gentle rises as you walk around some of the local dog park and park facilities. Just one stop light away is the local Whole Foods grocery store and a few local shops and restaurant. You are within 10 minutes of the more touristy areas of Sedona and only 2 stop lights away from the local airport viewing of sunsets. The home itself has quality beds and couches. None of the sometimes typical left over furniture that is only somewhat comfortable that you can find in these types of rentals. If I knew the brand of the foam style queen bed I would buy one for my home as I slept cool and comfortable. The lovely screened in porch is great for yoga on the included mats and provides a lovely place to relax.The bathroom is adequate.There is a wall cabinet and a low shelf beneath the sink for toiletries but the room could use a bit more storage space for toiletries.The kitchen is beautiful and has great coffee and tea appliances but it does lack some basic pots (like a large pasta pot). Overall a great place!

Great location for hiking

Wonderful property, clean, well maintained and updated. Really enjoyed the jacuzzi after a full day of hiking. Property is a short walk to Soldier Pass trailhead making it easy to hit the trails.

Magical Stay at Coffee Pot Cottage

What a magical place! We stayed the first week of April. The property manager Jared was always quick to respond with any questions we had. He went above and beyond. The cottage was everything and more than we expected! There was a thoughtful note and welcome gift! A helpful binder listing hikes, restaurants and nearby adventures was set out. A big plus was the Red Rock pass made available for us to use. We enjoyed staying in West Sedona. It was fantastic to walk out our door and immediately start hiking. We spent the afternoons enjoying the hot tub, views and fireplace. We even saw Javelinas one afternoon! Staying at Coffee Pot Cottage gave us the chance to live like locals! We were able to stay tucked away and avoid all the spring break crowds. We cannot wait to return to Coffee Pot Cottage in the near future.

Great Spot in Sedona

My wife and I had a great stay at Coffee Pot Cottage. It was within walking distance to the Soldier’s Pass trailhead and a short drive to restaurants and more. The hot tub was great for after hiking and biking. We even enjoyed it after a morning of late season snow! Highly recommend.

Red Rock Heaven

If you're looking to visit the beautiful red rocks of Sedona, I'd highly recommend staying in this home! The location is great, within walking distance to some of the best hiking trails. No need to wait for the shuttle. There were 3 of us staying in the home, and the size was just right. It's nicely laid out, modern yet with southwest flare, and beautiful views of Coffee Pot Rock from many windows. The kitchen was well-equipped, great if you choose to eat some of your meals in. Outside is lovely, with several well-defined patio areas for lounging outside. The hot tub is also conveniently located just off both bedrooms. The 3-season was a nice bonus room, and made the home feel larger. Great spot for morning coffee or yoga. I would definitely stay here again if traveling in the Sedona area.

If you like to hike...

This is a great location if you are here to hike and don't want to fight the parking lot crowds. The views are good, not spectacular but nice all the same. The cottage is perfect for a very comfortable home base. Super clean and modern. The hot tub is a nice touch although the jets are not powerful they are welcomed after a long day on the trails. We had everything we needed and more. We would return.

This property feels remote and private despite being located close to several popular hiking trails as well as convenient to groceries and restaurants. Would stay here again and again!

Wow. Awesome Place!

Just a perfect location for a couple or small family. House is immaculate and perfectly set up at arrival. Kitchen appliances are the very best, parking is ample, bed is comfortable, hot tub was ready and clean, and the view from the house is jaw dropping. Great location in west Sedona also. Easy access to stores without getting caught up in east Sedona headache. Hiking trails within short walking distance. Excellent value and that's very hard to find in $edona! We will return!

Sedona adventure

This little cabin is the perfect spot for a Sedona getaway. We loved how close it was to Soldiers Pass (and really, everything). It was super convenient to get into town and the various trails in the area. We really enjoyed being able to come back to the cottage every night and relax in the hot tub, or in front of the fire place. The kitchen had good quality appliances, which definitely helped with meal prep. Can't wait to go back!

Sedona Retreat

Long awaited trip to Sedona and Coffee Pot Cottage that had to cancel in 2020. On the plus side to the delay was being able to spend two weeks instead of just the one. House is in a great location in West Sedona and walking distance to Solder’s Pass Trail Head. Great views from every vantage point and plenty of shady spots to hang out. Hard to find a spot in Sedona that isn’t scenic. It is quick drive to numerous restaurants, coffee shops, trailheads, shopping, and scenic drives. The welcome coffee was great. With the exception of construction noises and blaring radios on a couple days, the house is very quiet and peaceful and gets plenty of natural light. Took off a star for several maintenance issues such as a non-working indoor fireplace, a hot tub where half the jets don’t work, air filter looked like it hadn’t been changed in a long time (I did get the OK to swap that out for the new one in the closet), a sun room lamp missing a knob so no way to turn it on. The amenities list could use an update as there is no desk, desk chair or dvd player, but there is a normal coffee pot and slow cooker.
