YOU WILL HAVE A SHORT WALK TO THE COMMUNITY AMMENITIES INCLUDING OUR RESORT STYLE 11,000 SF FABULOUS HEATED SALT WATER POOL, THE CLUBHOUSE, CLAY TENNIS COURTS AND BOCCE. FALLING WATERS IS CONVENIENTLY LOCATED TO PUBLIX MARKETS, GAS STATIONS AND NEIGHBORHOOD RESTAURANTS. THE DOWNTOWN AREA OF OLD NAPLES INCLUDES FINE DINING, SHOPPING AND THE WHITE SAND BEACHES OF THE GULF ALL WITHIN 4.5 MILES OF YOUR ACCOMODATIONS. THIS IS OUR HOME 4 MONTHS OUT OF THE YEAR (EVERY YEAR) BUT WE WOULD LOVE TO SHARE IT WITH YOU FOR YOUR TRAVEL NEEDS. WE JUST ASK THAT YOU CARE FOR IT AS IF IT WERE YOUR OWN AND ENJOY IT AS MUCH AS WE DO!!

My husband and I are from New York and enjoy our stay here for 4 months every year ( during the winter months) and would love to share our home with people who will care for it and enjoy it as much as we do when we aren’t able to be here ourselves !!
Why they chose this property
Falling waters is such a lovely gated, resort style community and our condo is located just steps away from the beautiful Pool, as well as tennis and bocce courts…the perfect place to gather with friends at the pool , ride your bike through the beautifully landscaped grounds , or just take evening walks with your loved ones!
What makes this property unique
Very large lanai off of the master bedroom and living room offers total privacy and tranquility. Very spacious with vaulted ceilings and cozy decor! Extremely close to all of Falling Waters’ resort style amenities!!
