The detached non-smoking villa for up to 6 people near Denia, Oliva and Pego is located in one of the most beautiful and exclusive residential areas with spacious terraces and a large pool for exclusive use. Our villa is in an elevated position. Pool, terrace and living area are on the same level. From the living room you can enjoy a stunning view of the sea and the surrounding landscape through large panoramic windows. You can expect modern living comfort in the spacious living area with fireplace, to which the tower adjoins with a ceiling height of approx. 4 meters. The kitchen area is equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, ceramic hob with convection oven, dishwasher, etc. The windows in the bedrooms are equipped with shutters.
Excursions: Terra Mitica Benidorm amusement park, Aqualandia Benidorm fun and adventure pool, Elche palm garden, mountain village Guadalast, Callosa waterfalls (Fonts de l'Algar), caves in Benidoleig (Las Calaveras), Valencia city, various golf courses nearby, Ibiza ( accessible by ferry from Denia).
Leisure activities in the house: If the weather does not play along, you will find various board games in our villa.

Diese wundervolle Villa würden wir immer wieder besuchen. Die Aussicht und der wunderschöne Pool toppen die Location noch. Wir waren wirklich sehr begeistert und würden immer wieder hier herkommen. Es lief alles reibungslos ab und es war einfach ein wunderschöner entspannter Urlaub. 100 %ige Empfehlung!!!

Très joile maison. Le cadre est idyllique cependant besoin de prendre la voiture et faire des km pour se balader et faire les courses. Attention aux frais supplémentaire pas vraiment visibles sur l'annonce. 250 euros de caution +frais de ménage+frais de literie et frais d'électricité

Tolles Ferienhaus
Wir haben die Tage in dem wunderschönen Haus sehr genossen, besonders den Pool und den tollen Pavillon mit Meerblick, sowie den super Kühlschrank in der Küche und den Grill. Das einzige was wir vermisst haben, waren noch ein paar mehr Teller und Müllbeutel. Wir haben einen wunderschönen Urlaub verbracht inmitten toller Landschaft. Vielen Dank

Heerlijk en rustige plek
Hele schone en mooie villa. De plek is ook heerlijk rustig. Heerlijk zwembad met buiten keuken. Het was heerlijk om daar te verblijven.

Idéalement placé
Très beau séjour dans cette magnifique villa avec vue sur mer. Idealement placée pour une famille qui recherche du calme et de la tranquillité en restant très proche de la plage. Grande piscine et belles prestations. Le jardin est egalement très agréable . Une adresse à retenir.

Casa de Tom
Ha sido realmente horrible, Nada más llegar nos dijeron que teníamos que pagar mucho mas de lo que ya costaba el alojamiento, incluyendo la fianza, lo demás en sábanas, limpieza y luz. ¡Te cobran lo que gastes de luz! Todo esto en efectivo y no a través de la plataforma. Decidimos pagar ya que no entendíamos nada de lo que Tom y Karina nos decían, son extranjeros y no se les entiende bien. Además de que su tono de hablar no es agradable, parecia en todo momento que le molestaba presentarnos la casa. Al día siguiente vinieron Tom y un chico a limpiar la piscina, y se dejaron el grifo de llenado abierto, por lo que salía mucho agua del sistema que tiene para que no se desborde, y estaba encharcando toda la parte baja de la parcela y decidimos llamarle para que lo mirase y de nuevo de malas maneras. Por último, invitamos a unos amigos a comer, ya que aunque no se permitan fiestas y eventos, se entiende que puedes tener invitados si conoces gente y puedes invitarlos a comer. Sino no tiene sentido alquilar una casa así para chicos jóvenes como nosotros. Cuando Tom vino a arreglar la piscina lo vio, y no dijo nada al respecto, no le pareció mal. Pero a la media hora viene con su mujer y nos dice que no pueden estar allí, que se vayan que en 2 horas tienen que estar fuera, y que acatasemos las normas que no le hacía gracia tener que moverse de su casa por la tarde para venir, o que nos fuéramos de su casa. Al final después de todo decidimos irnos, y nos devolvieron la fianza y lo que valían las noches que no dormimos allí. Pero no nos descontaron nada de limpiezas ni de sábanas que un amigo que venía más tarde no llego ni a usar. También dijeron que se habían quejado los vecinos por el ruido, y hablamos con todos los vecinos de alrededor y ninguno tenía queja. Revisando el anuncio finalmente, creímos que su intención de echarnos de la casa fue por qué teníamos menos de 30 años, lo que ponía como norma general de la casa. Pero teniendo 22 nos sorprendió que no nos pudieran el DNI al entrar. Desde luego una experiencia pésima, no recomiendo a nadie alquilar esta casa, menos aún a chicos jóvenes.
