About this property

You will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally located second floor cozy condo. Amazing sunsets! Walking distance to IMG Academy & SFC. Close to Anna Maria Island, Longboat Key, Lido & Siesta Beach. 15 mins to Sarasota Bradenton Airport. Grocery stores, shopping and great restaurants are within minutes from condo.
Clean fully furnished 2/2 is located at the entry of Mirror Lake Condos. Very relaxing and peaceful with Beautiful lake with fountain to look out over from dining area. With a glimpse of the beautiful sky from the sunset each evening.
Utilities and cable included.
HOA rules dictate guest are not allowed to have pets and the minimum rental period is 1 Month for May-September & 3 monthsOctober-April. HOA requires a background and credit check, with a 700 credit score, have to be done. $125. for one person $150. for two in order to stay here. I will need to email the application along with a lease agreement. A parking spot pass will be given upon arrival.
